Donuts

I'm convinced these are the best donuts in the valley. They're always fresh. Good service and fair prices.

The donuts almost didn't make it home :) I had a few..

Hands down the best donuts in the valley! Donuts are soft when you bit In to them and so Yummy:) They will definitely compete with Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Donuts and most likely will beat them. The Owner is very friendly , We Miss his Wife . Will always buy when I'm in town :) Blessings.

The donuts melt in your mouth. My favorite are the sugar donuts and the glazed donut holes. The cleanliness and friendly service makes coming back easy.

I love this local donut shop. I've been here lots of times. My family and I never go anywhere but here to get donuts. Unlike the chain donut places, these donuts are satisfying. The Jelly Donut offers consistently great service and great donuts at a great price, every single time! Highly recommend making this your go-to donut shop. They're a small, independently owned, local business, too! If you're reading this on the day it was posted, happy National Donut Day! It's a great day to visit The Jelly Donut.

Great donuts and nice people! Open early and fresh donuts! I paid $8 for a mixed dozen. Go here and skip the chain shops.

I don't know how they do it but darn they get it right every time. The sandwich's are fantastic! I…read morealways get the OG Pastrami and Turkey and they always hit the spot. I want to eat their dessert but always get too full from the sandwiches to try it. If you are ever in the area, must try sandwich shop. The accolades in the back with their story is pretty sweet. Also the service and ambiance is excellent as well. Of course the cost is a bit much but what isn't expensive these days!

The sandwiches were tasty with LOTS of meat. TKB does NOT skimp. Today we arrived and were seated…read moreoutside because we had our dogs. It was well after the lunch rush but it was pleasantly busy. Employees were friendly and checking on patrons, serving food and tending to empty tables. We had been waiting awhile, so I carried our number in with me and made note of the numbers they were delivering... which were higher numbers than ours, but also very random. I went to the cash register and asked the employee if they called the numbers in order. She answered politely that no they didn't. I then mentioned we were sitting outside and asked if I should wait inside for my order so they wouldn't have trouble finding us. We were not in a hurry and were trying to make it easy on the hardworking employees....and bonus that it was cool inside *At that point, a man who I perceived was a manager or maybe even the owner , turned to me from behind the counter, handed me a bag and said " Here Ma'am , GO!" Then turned back around to what he was doing. What? GO? I don't know what his intent was because I'm not a mind reader, but it felt rude and dismissive. His facial expression was as though he was busy and or annoyed. I was so surprised at his response in such an otherwise pleasant environment. I'm pretty tolerant of grumpy people (you know, sometimes there's a reason) but this just felt really icky -it was our intended destination after a hot drive from Phoenix and it did not sit well with us. We won't be returning. Food =10 Customer service = so disappointing 3

Yummy teas. For the milk teas, they don't have any non-dairy options... I asked and they said they…read moreonly have milk. Sad face. I like their refreshing jasmine green tea 75% sweet. I tried 50% sweet, but this is a full undiluted Jasmine so I need a little extra sweetness to take the bitterness away. Great news that it's not watered down. Hubby and I like the original mochi dog crunchy and chewy with a nice yummy hotdog & half hotdog/half mozzarella inside. Not excited that it's $.75 for a sweet chili sauce... I might bring my own next time...LOL I do like that they now have the instant Ramen option... Haven't used it yet because I can make that at home but it's nice to know I can make it out if needed... When you have a yummy chewy crispy mochinut hotdog, what else do you need?!? They have a great product, but my issues that make it a four star versus a five star are that they are not open on Monday and Tuesday and that's usually when I want to go...boohoo :-( Also, They charge I think $.60 if you use your credit card but they do have options like Cash, Zelle and Venmo that don't charge for paying those ways. All the various little upcharges are slightly bothersome... But the positive side to that is I can choose to not add those things and save some money while still enjoying the basic Mochinut experience... as long as it's not Monday or Tuesday.... I'm assuming that Monday and Tuesday were not busy enough for them and they had to do their best to utilize their staff on the other days and it seems that they chose to be open on the weekends over Monday and Tuesday, which is probably a good business decision... So I'd rather them stick around because they make good decisions for their business, even though they're kinda not available when I want. It's better to have them survive in this hard California business climate. There is nothing like Mochinut, so we can all compromise a bit. So there you go if I didn't have any issues with open days & upcharges, they'd have a five star based on product & service.
