Returning to the Bay Area from southern Oregon we need to take Hwy 505 to connect with Hwy 80 westbound. That takes us through Vacaville. I was thinking of Jelly Belly. I didn't necessarily want to go to the factory in Fairfield. I knew there was a store at the outlets. We pulled into the lot heading to Fenton's Creamery. And right next door is Jelly Belly. It's my lucky day. I was interested in the black licorice jelly belly flavor. Self service. I grabbed an empty plastic bag and filled it up to 1 lb. The plastic bag had indicators on it delineating 1/2 lbs up to 2 1/2 lbs. Currently it's $11.99 a pound. I looked around for the belly flops but saw select flavors only. I prefer a greater mix of their jelly belly flavors. There's a whole candy shop but I focused on my black licorice.

The Jelly Belly store has a lot of Jelly Belly candy or related products selling there--some with deeper discounts. Suppose you're a Jelly Belly fan. You will be very pleased when you're inside the store. They are your dream store. I like Jelly Belly. But I'm not going to eat lots of candy. So I just bought a few small bags. It will last for a long time in my house. The store is colorful with all the candies displayed. The workers are helpful and greet every customer when they walk in. This store is sweet!

If you love Jelly Belly jellybeans, there's a store for you at the Nut Tree in Vacaville. It's located across from the Nut Tree Plaza near the train and carousel and next door to Fenton's. This store has dispensers of all the flavors of jellybeans where you fill a bag at $2.99 for ¼ lb. There are jelly beans and other the types of candies manufactured by Jelly Belly in various types of packages and sizes. There is a section of the store where they have Belly Flops, which are jelly beans that are seconds since they didn't pass quality control. There are other candies in this section which are sold in bulk and soon to expire items. Depending on the day you visit, selection will vary. The workers at the counter are helpful if you're looking for particular flavors. If you're in the area, stop by Jelly Belly for the famous jelly beans. If you're a Jelly Belly fan, it's a must stop.

Jelly beans! A great tiny treat and I stopped in today for a look around. Sadly, I didn't spot any "sugar free" jelly beans that would work on my keto diet though Jelly Belly does offer them online. Splenda instead of sugar. So I will definitely be getting some of those. Meanwhile, I did look over the flavors as a gift for my wife. I found "black licorice" and bought a half pound. I wasn't planning to get that many because a half pound is quite a lot (around 250 grams for you folks outside the USA) and they poured into that bag quite freely. Be careful with that nozzle or you'll also get a lot. You don't have to stick with one flavor! Mix and match to make some flavor combinations. Green apple and cinnamon tastes like apple pie. Very Cherry and Dr Pepper for a cherry cola. Toasted marshmallow and chocolate pudding for a hot chocolate. Keep it going! Prices were reasonable considering you're buying it retail. Jelly beans are priced per pound. Other candies are priced as marked. [Review 17581 overall - 377 in California - 1099 of 2022.]

This place was so fun! It was really cool to see the video of how the jelly beans were made and then see it in real life. They give you these cute hats to wear during the tour too. At the end you can shop for your favorite jelly beans and get all sorts of jelly bean merchandise.

The service here was exceptionally sweet and very personable! There's great sales on a lot of cool products, which I definitely took advantage of. It's right by a bunch of stores and food too, so would definitely tack it on your stop list if you're in the area. Depending on the day, parking might be tricky.

Great family field trip! We love visiting the Jelly Belly Factory. They give free tours, free samples and have a discount store as well as gift shop and cafe! We have visited on school field trips and recently went as a family on a Saturday. I was concerned it would be busy on the weekend, to my surprise it was not overly crowded. We enjoyed the self guided tour, loved reading info along our tour and watching the TVs display facts and info. You will also find a great cafe and a discount store. We purchased some discount holiday boxes as well as Jelly Belly flavored snow cone syrups.

Really fun place to visit. The tour used to be free, but now they charge, however it comes with extras like the museum and the ride. Fun to see the artwork. If you like jelly belly stuff, lots of things in the shop that you may not have known you wanted. My favorite item- bellyflops, misshaped jelly belly's that are on discount .

They had me at Caramel…read more I've probably been to this shop at least five times since they opened. When they first opened and I saw the name,I knew I had to check them out and as soon as I walked in and saw their goods-I was hooked. This shop is located in the Nut Tree shopping center, kind of by the Merry-Go-Round. So much parking available-though the lot does get busy on weekends as anyone who goes to Nut Tree knows. So this shop is a locally owned business-they only have one location and supporting them is truly the definition of supporting local small business. They make homemade candy. It's chocolate and caramel heaven. They have so much good stuff-chocolate pretzels,chocolate-dipped red vines, chocolate peanut butter cups, caramel apples,chocolate-covered caramel-dipped marshmallows, white chocolate, dark chocolate-it's overwhelming. I make it a point to stop here almost every time I drive through Vacaville to pick up a little something-in fact I'm going to Giants game tonight,I'm most likely going to make a quick stop before the game. It's that good of a shop-they get priority status whenever passing through their town. I feel the prices are still pretty decent as well. They also have a pretty good rewards program one can sign up for in their shop. I like that you can see where they are making the candy in the back of the shop-feels a lot more authentic. They make gift bundles for like graduations and birthdays as well. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this but their candy is delicious-so tasty, chocolate is so rich-you can definitely tell it was made with love and homemade recipes. In closing, I would recommend stopping by this shop if you find yourself at the Nut Tree shopping center and give their yummy candy a try-they are bound to have something you'd enjoy.

I finally got time to go all the way up there and check them out so I walk in and it kinda has the same vibe as a cigarette shop. It's not very well organized at all. But who am I to critique? My room is a mess so I moved past that and I ask about the bangles. The man mentions an adjustable bangle, but I say that I want the solid bangle in size 7 1/2 to 8. He shows me the bangle tells me it's $125 and I say that's perfect because it's sterling silver and that's worth it!! I ask what their return policy is and he tells me 14 days at this point it's December 9th so I asked if they have any holiday promotions because it's going to be a Christmas gift for my mother. The man tells me no and to check back next week. I think that's kind of odd because normally holiday promotions begin after Thanksgiving but it's a small business, maybe they do things differently, I understand. I called back the next week like he says and I ask if they're doing the holiday promotion and he says still not doing it. Check back next week. At this point, it's December 14th or 15th checking back next week is just grabbing it right before Christmas. So I asked him if he can write down my phone number and call me when it begins. The night of the 15th I get a text message saying that holiday return policy began November 27. That's a little annoying, but whatever so I sent my fiancé out to go buy it. To our surprise, they said the price is now $175. $50 is a pretty big jump. So they say that $125 is the price for the small adjustable one WHICH I DIDN'T LOOK AT. We ended up purchasing because my mother has wanted one for her entire life, but I don't think I will ever come back here again. To anybody looking for a less expensive alternative I found Rosa Marina's I haven't ordered from them yet, so I can't vouch but I'll come back and let you know if I do. EDIT: The response that I received by the owner claims that we were offered a discount but it was a military discount... even putting the more expensive price off aside I found this rather unprofessional given my multiple time calling for the holiday exchange and the improper quote. I'm not one to write many bad reviews and a positive for this is my mom loves her bangle.
