They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and very quickly, everyone love all the work done.... But here's why this review was really deserved...I recently lost my a family member, it was a very sudden death, very devastating to us all... and all at a time where some milestone events were happening as well. I called the owner, explained what had happened and ask if they would be able to embroider something for me, one item, a custom design with name but I also needed it the same day in less then 2 hours.. He told me, bring it in let's see what we can do, and that he would have one machine waiting for me. I told him my daughter was graduating college that weekend and the sash the school had made, they forgot to add something to it, he said no problem, it can be done quickly. Now while that was being done, I asked if he can custom design a butterfly flying away and name under it as a memorabilia to honor my cousin on my daughter gown as she walks on stage to get her degree so my cousin may be walking along side her together. He didn't hesitate. He quickly got on his computer made a few designs, worked with colors and sizing till he felt it was perfect. The work and design was very tedious, he dropped everything he was doing put everything on hold and started designing. After the designing process he took us to the back to choose colors, helped steer us in the right direction to have the butterfly come out perfect. He then asked where we wanted to put it and suggested it be on the left arm as it is closer to the heart, we agreed. It look so beautiful, just like my cousin. I then thanked him so much and asked how much do I owe him. I knew it would be a lot of $$$, as it was a rush rush rush custom design order but I didn't care, it's was lot that he did it in such a short amount of time. What he said and did after honestly shocked me, it shook me so much I just started to crying, tears just would not stop. He told me it would cost nothing, just a prayer and to have my daughter wear it proudly, he said how can I put a price on something with so much meaning behind it, just wear it proudly and remember me in your prayers. I thanked him again and left there in tears...to know someone could be so caring and kind during such a difficult time. If you need anything done, this is the place to go. They do amazing work and they are super kind, caring and compassionate. God will reward them for all their acts of kindest. After having a mini melt down, I'm so glad I came to my senses and went IN PERSON to Print Icon instead of just trying to figure things out online as we are conditioned to do these days. I walked into Print Icon and was instantly at ease as you could tell they have been in the business for years. I showed them all these ideas I had for inserts and they calmly said "sure we can do that, we can do anything" and they weren't kidding! I think for me the best part (other than the speedy return) was being able to literally sit down next to the designer and work through any and ALL small details, from wording, to paper, to colors and fonts. No emailing back and forth over the span of weeks just working with a real human and getting it done quickly! I was then prepared for it to take at least two weeks to make (because again we are conditioned by all these online wedding sites that there will always be a delay) so I was thrilled when Print Icon said "okay they'll be ready in a few days".
