Don got there so quickly and was easily able to distinguish which chalet we were staying at. He towed us to Auto Zone in Monroe and came back ten minutes later to be sure it was just the battery and we didn't need him to tow us anywhere else for additional service to our vehicle. 10/10, Don is the best!!!

I recently purchased a 2026 Ford F150 XLT with a 5 L V8 from Evansville Ford. Julia, my sales…read moreperson and Scott the sales manager were excellent to deal with. There was no pressure. All my questions were answered and they worked with my local bank. I took the truck home happy as a lark the next morning when I started the truck, the motor was knocking. I immediately called Dave the manager who I met the day before and he scheduled me an appointment being that this was a brand new truck. I was a little freaked out. I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. They immediately went to work and got me a 100% brand new engine and had Alan their top tech of 20 years was master certified. Put the motor in. It looked like the day came out of the factory. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They also went above and beyond and contacted Ford. Ford stepped up and made my first truck payment. And gave me 100,000 mile extended warranty. I've been in the car business my entire life, both buying and selling and had never been handled more professionally. I am a very high type a personality. And like to know what's going on they kept me informed the entire way what could've been a major disappointment. a huge turned out to be a pleasant experience. I highly recommend anyone who was looking for a new car.

About the friendly(est) dealership I've ever walked into. Not pushy at all, met the owner(s) and…read morethis on Christmas Eve day. Decent deal, nothing great but didn't feel like I got kick in the (you know what) the day after the deal. Found it funny (not really) that they were giving away 24 inch flat screen TV's "with every used car sold". Guess it depended on what the sale price was, as part of the deal I didn't get a TV cause the price was "so tight". Really a $100 TV was going to break the deal REALLY! I just hope they could return the TV's that they didn't give away for that little extra something in their pockets....that being said, I would return if ever in the market and they had what I wanted. UPDATE: NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE. Purchased a second vehicle from them and WILL NOT RETURN! Saw a couple things that needed taken care of and the service guy was all about "just making something work" instead of FIXING the items that the sales dude would be taken care of. Now keep in mind I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in a year and a half right. THE ONLY person that remembered me (including the owners) was the finance lady (she needs to find another job). The owners went from awesome to "whatever". WILL NOT RETURN, not looking for a butt kissing but don't need the 60's "we're loosing money on this one" BS. I'm shocked at the difference.

Highlights for us were. 1) Absolutely no hassle. No pressure tactics to upsell us into undercoating, security systems, pin-striping, or any of the other "programs" that dealers near us were using to tack $2-5k onto sticker. 2) We took care of almost everything online and by email. Delivery took a little over an hour, split between signing the final docs and our salesman Jeff B. showing us features, pairing our phones, etc. (greatly appreciated) 3) They accepted my EPP# through CNH Industrial, which saved us money and simplified negotiations. Couldn't find any dealers in Chicagoland who weren't using the "chip shortage" as a reason to sell at full MSRP+.
