We purchased a vehicle from Alphorn Ford in Monroe last year and while we like the vehicle, they have been a few issues. Three to four weeks after we bought it, it needed brakes and rotors. They covered the cost of the parts. When we did the brakes, we found it needed tires. Then, the interest rate is just ridiculous. We both have excellent credit scores, and they gave us 10.39%!! I even questioned the salesman about it, and he said they checked like 3 banks. Well, they obviously didn't check LOCAL banks because I have found out that they partner with First Community Credit Union in Monroe, where the interest rate is much lower, and we bank there. The bank they did is out of California, and a bank that I have never heard of. We should have never agreed to sigh the papers until they found a cheaper interest rate. So beware!! Kathy Varner

I want to first Thank' my Wife, RoseMarie as she is a New Employee with Alphorn Ford, an very persistant in doing her Job Successfully, (She is truly a People Person to the Core) along side with a couple Sales people involved that were showing me the Truck, and explaining all the options were Cheyenne, she is very knowledgable and knows the Vehicles inside an out. And Dustin, for being so Kind, Soft Spoken, along side with helping an understanding Fiance. Dustin has also helped us in the past with a Previous Truck Ram' and my Daughters 2019 Terrian. The Salespeople both made the Transaction as smooth as possible with only a few hiccups. Along with Taylor in Fiance a True' Numbers GEM and being so Knowledgable with her work. And, Lastly, Eric Meyers for introducing himself, explaining the Transaction in detail, along with his kind, an polite mannerism. The Struggle was real!!! but @ the end of the Day, the pieces all fell together after a long afternoon, and it worked out after all. Decent deal, nothing great but didn't feel like I got kick in the (you know what) the day after the deal. Found it funny (not really) that they were giving away 24 inch flat screen TV's "with every used car sold". Guess it depended on what the sale price was, as part of the deal I didn't get a TV cause the price was "so tight". Really a $100 TV was going to break the deal REALLY! I just hope they could return the TV's that they didn't give away for that little extra something in their pockets....that being said, I would return if ever in the market and they had what I wanted. UPDATE: NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE. Purchased a second vehicle from them and WILL NOT RETURN! Saw a couple things that needed taken care of and the service guy was all about "just making something work" instead of FIXING the items that the sales dude would be taken care of. Now keep in mind I've purchased 2 vehicles from them in a year and a half right. THE ONLY person that remembered me (including the owners) was the finance lady (she needs to find another job). The owners went from awesome to "whatever". WILL NOT RETURN, not looking for a butt kissing but don't need the 60's "we're loosing money on this one" BS. I'm shocked at the difference.

Took it back today and was told they didn't hear the rattle (the person that heard it on my last visit was at lunch and I guess they don't believe him (or I) anyways ...) was told there was nothing that could be done. There is a rattle. I can hear it. Someone else heard it. What happened to making sure your customers are happy. The last thing I heard walking out of the service department was 'good luck'. What a joke of a service department it is! UNDER WARRANTY even.

Disappointed with the exterior detail I was given today. I spoke with the owner in regards to my…read moreconcerns and asking to make it right. Nothing was offered to fix the issue or address concerns, simply that my car was in "Rough" shape and dirty. I have always been very conscious of my car and did acknowledge the small scuffs and dings I had but to pickup my car and find more scratches that were not there prior has me extremely upset. Not to mention my rims are still yellow, and not cleaned. Also was told that they would require a special cleaning and when I've asked to pay the extra to do that I was told he wouldn't suggest it. Felt like I was disregarded and not given the time of day. I will not be returning after this incident. I have been a frequent customer with the car wash side of the business and this experience was frustrating and again it's been overall disappointing. To update: I also visited a local detailer in town for a second opinion as well and they state how there are certain areas on the vehicle that could have been corrected, and done a more proper way considering the residue on my rims was wiped with his finger. It's unfortunate that a business cannot take the means to correct a problem and make it right with the customer.

Worst car wash I have ever had.... only 1/2 of the sprayers were working, not even putting out…read moresoap. Get half way through the car wash and you get nothing else..... the only thing they had going for them was the free vacuum today.... spent 10 dollars for the pro wash and ended up getting what a garden hose could do.... very frustrating
