Nothing was offered to fix the issue or address concerns, simply that my car was in "Rough" shape and dirty. I have always been very conscious of my car and did acknowledge the small scuffs and dings I had but to pickup my car and find more scratches that were not there prior has me extremely upset. Not to mention my rims are still yellow, and not cleaned. Also was told that they would require a special cleaning and when I've asked to pay the extra to do that I was told he wouldn't suggest it. Felt like I was disregarded and not given the time of day. I will not be returning after this incident. I have been a frequent customer with the car wash side of the business and this experience was frustrating and again it's been overall disappointing. To update: I also visited a local detailer in town for a second opinion as well and they state how there are certain areas on the vehicle that could have been corrected, and done a more proper way considering the residue on my rims was wiped with his finger. It's unfortunate that a business cannot take the means to correct a problem and make it right with the customer.

Other shops in the area were either busy or closed, but the Outlaw Garage guys were able to take care of me. The headlights look terrific and the price was very reasonable. While my needs were relatively straightforward, there were several major project cars from around the country in process there, and their work on those cars demonstrated some **serious** craftsmanship, whether they were detailing or doing major customization. This is a belated review from a few weeks ago…read more I had been a fair distance from home and was in need of an ASAP blown turbo hose for my company's vehicle, and I was many miles from Monroe. Nobody around could find the area I was in could find the hose and some didn't even have it listed as something they could get. I called several Ford Dealerships, and they couldn't locate a hose that would be available for several days. This rig needed to be on the road ASAP. I called Alphorn Service at 3 minutes to 5 PM and Reegan answered. She stayed on the phone for me of nearly 45 minutes and located a hose quite far away. Many people and places of business would not have answered the phone and let the call go to voicemail. She ordered it, this was a Monday night and said the hose would be there by Wednesday morning. I made an appointment for install Thursday afternoon. I called Wednesday and the hose was in. I asked if, there was a cancellation, if we could get the rig in yet that day. Service called back within 5 minutes. The hose was in and they installed it at 1:30 PM that very same day. To say the very least, this was exceptional service and they went far beyond, especially Reegan, what I would expect. I will not hesitate to recommend, to anyone, their Service Department. Randy T.

Watch the interest rate on your vehicle!!!! Alphorn Ford rips you off. They don't try to find a…read moregood deal for you, of course not, that means more money for them. We purchased a vehicle from Alphorn Ford in Monroe last year and while we like the vehicle, they have been a few issues. Three to four weeks after we bought it, it needed brakes and rotors. They covered the cost of the parts. When we did the brakes, we found it needed tires. Then, the interest rate is just ridiculous. We both have excellent credit scores, and they gave us 10.39%!! I even questioned the salesman about it, and he said they checked like 3 banks. Well, they obviously didn't check LOCAL banks because I have found out that they partner with First Community Credit Union in Monroe, where the interest rate is much lower, and we bank there. The bank they did is out of California, and a bank that I have never heard of. We should have never agreed to sigh the papers until they found a cheaper interest rate. So beware!! Kathy Varner
