Having come from a near-West burb of Chicago and having had a variety of vehicles serviced both at…read morelarge and small dealerships and by private service centers over the years, the team @ Leibold Auto Center in Galena IL really rocks! Owners Geri and Tim are both hands on and dedicated customer service folks who listen. After first getting service quotes from Nissan dealers both in Dubuque and Rockford I decided to give them a try three years ago after moving into the area and have never regretted (it). After "anally" comparing what I had paid with what we're currently paying for all parts and services and on like vehicles, the value and service are definitely with Leibold. As another comparison I have requested various service inspection quotes on three different vehicles (now) and from three different auto centers (each). I now never have to worry again whether an automotive center: actually did the work they billed for; over-billed for service work; or would provide questionable product and service. Also, in recently needing a new replacement vehicle quickly, both Tim and Geri shared their auto make knowledge which was a big help in what I chose. An automotive service vendor in today's market needs to be both honest and responsive. Leibold Auto Center is just that.
