Staff took time to show different trees and looking at all the different varieties. I opted to have Allen's deliver and plant for us. They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule twice. The on-site install crew was very professional, hauled away all debris and left the yard in pristine condition. Also did an excellent job staking the trees. Whens some the of the plants didn't grow the way Roger thought that they should, he took it upon himself to replace them quickly, which we appreciated. Roger and RAL also maintain, check, shut off, and turn on our sprinkler system, and they are right on top of things with our system, repairs, adjustments, etc., they do it all. Their prices are fair, their work is done right the first time, and Roger is an honorable businessman. We would highly recommend them without reservation.

One of the things that I like is that the staff is professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is relaxing just to walk around, and to plan your next project. Kathy took great care of me, and she went beyond the call of duty to make sure she found me a particular color that I was looking for. I love the pride that she takes and the love and attention that she gives to the plants there. I went on a hot day and I really appreciated that I was able to purchase a nice cold bottle of water. If you are looking for shrubs, they have you covered, looking for unique ground coverings, they can accommodate you in that area as well. Every time we do not work with Bryan and try someone else in the area, we are left disappointed. We always return back to Bryan, as they seem to give us the old-style florist quality we seek. Prices are affordable and Bryan is known to work with your and your budget. I also have heard from many Bryan is a little more experienced in working with those who are mourning. The delivery service is another highlight for Bryan. I have never had a problem with Bryan getting a order to me or the requested party. I have experienced Bryan call me ASAP when they can not find a location or not able to deliver by the deadline. On a few instances, they have been a day early! My only request for improvement would be the grave sheets during the holiday season. I was a bit disappointed to learn that Bryan's doe not offer the item anymore. In summary I only trust Bryan with my florist needs in Gary. Period. Even though I no longer live in Gary, I call Bryan for my mother's birthday and mother's day arrangements. Jenn listened and wrote down detailed notes about what I liked and didn't like and helped me put my floral vision into words. I felt instantly comfortable with her and was ready to book with her 5 minutes into meeting with her. Following our meeting, Jenn sent several emails helping me put what I wanted into images for her to recreate. She worked with my budget (at least 20% less expensive than the other florists I met with- she works out of her home). Jenn also met with me to collect my mother's veil to incorporate into my flowers. She ultimately wrapped my bouquet in it, and wrapped my husband's and father's boutineers. in it.
