Staff took time to show different trees and looking at all the different varieties. I opted to have Allen's deliver and plant for us. They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule twice. The on-site install crew was very professional, hauled away all debris and left the yard in pristine condition. Also did an excellent job staking the trees. Excited to see these trees grow in the coming years. Onsite crew also communicated when they were done and provided additional instructions to care for our new additions. Thank you!!!

I've also bought a few plants from the center and like the quality of what I've gotten from them and help at the store when I needed it. The crew that delivered and planted the trees did a nice job, and likewise did a solid job of explaining the work they did and what to do after they left.

Whens some the of the plants didn't grow the way Roger thought that they should, he took it upon himself to replace them quickly, which we appreciated. Roger and RAL also maintain, check, shut off, and turn on our sprinkler system, and they are right on top of things with our system, repairs, adjustments, etc., they do it all. Their prices are fair, their work is done right the first time, and Roger is an honorable businessman. We would highly recommend them without reservation.

One of the things that I like is that the staff is professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is relaxing just to walk around, and to plan your next project. Kathy took great care of me, and she went beyond the call of duty to make sure she found me a particular color that I was looking for. I love the pride that she takes and the love and attention that she gives to the plants there. I went on a hot day and I really appreciated that I was able to purchase a nice cold bottle of water. Jenn listened and wrote down detailed notes about what I liked and didn't like and helped me put my floral vision into words. I felt instantly comfortable with her and was ready to book with her 5 minutes into meeting with her. Following our meeting, Jenn sent several emails helping me put what I wanted into images for her to recreate. She worked with my budget (at least 20% less expensive than the other florists I met with- she works out of her home). Jenn also met with me to collect my mother's veil to incorporate into my flowers. She ultimately wrapped my bouquet in it, and wrapped my husband's and father's boutineers. in it.
