If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a tree from Graff Gardens & Farms, paid for their planting services, and despite following all care instructions, the tree died. We gave them every opportunity to make it right -- visiting multiple times and being told each time we had to wait until the tree was completely dead for an exchange. Now that the tree is dead, we went back expecting them to stand behind their word. Instead, we were met by the owner, who was rude, combative, and completely uninterested in anything we had to say. He refused to even listen, talked over us, and acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. This business clearly has no understanding of customer service, integrity, or basic professionalism. They are quick to take your money but take no responsibility when their product fails. Save yourself the frustration -- there are plenty of nurseries in the area that value their customers and their reputation. Graff Gardens & Farms is not one of them. Save yourself the time, Graff Gardens sells dead trees and dead promises! read more

I had been searching for a Gingko Tree for several weeks. All the private nurseries that specialize in unique trees either didn't have what I was hoping to plant; the tree was not in their inventory; or they didn't deliver to my location in Chicago ( Beverly Hills area). I decided to give Graff Gardens a call since I haven't been over to their location in a few years; The reason is my landscape property is overflowing with plants. I desperately wanted one more specimen tree. I called and they confirmed they had Gingko Trees. That very day, I took the half hour drive to Worth suburb and a delightful young gal took me directly to the location where the Gingkos were grouped. A Great selection of Gingkos were awaiting my choice. Purchase was easy and delivery was a breeze. The delivery driver actually brought the tree into my back yard garden. Graff Gardens average is amazing. The place is huge and busting with all sorts of plants, perennials, shrubs, trees, conifer, indoor/outdoor decor and of course, fertilizer/treatments! I have bought from Graff Gardens before. They were the first to market the Blue Montgomery Spruce Shrubs in the area. I bought many Montgomerys from Graff Gardens. I highly recommend this nursery as a one stop shop for all your needs and they Deliver!!!! read more

Really, the best nursery garden center in the area. They have an excellent selection of flowers, vegetables, bushes and trees. They take care of their inventory - watering and maintaining. Look for the cats and dogs who greet visitors. Prices are fair. A very nice place to visit. read more

Magical. I expected to have one or two Japanese Maple options they had a dozen kinds. And we had an adorable little tour guide read more

I've used Graff Gardens in the past, that initiative was great, this last one not so good. I initially called for pebble gravel, I was told that they no longer carried it which I found odd, I then asked about river rock which they stated they had, I provided my clear estimation of the area, I was told 13 bags that they no longer sold it in bulk. Afterwards I went to Menards website and did a calculation and it stated 20 bags, I again called back and was put on numerus holds and then didn't receive a call back yet I had already paid for 13 bags, In any event the gentleman showed up and it was not enough rock it was short. Now mind you, several years ago I had them out for double the area and it was 1/3 of the price I paid this past week. They basically nickle and dimed me to death on all of their charges and no, they have lost a customer due to excessive price gouging. read more

I called in advance and I was told that Graff Gardens had what I was looking for. I went into the store and stood near the register. No one acknowledged me. I got tired of standing by the register while the employee chatted so I searched for the items myself. I asked an employee at a different desk for help and she referred me back to the other. That employee continued talking. When I finally got her attention, she walked away while I was in mid sentence. Graff Gardens employees lack common decency and customer service. I do not recommend Graff Gardens read more

Went to buy topspoil and got a bunch of garbage dirt. It took like 25 minutes to get loaded. Will never go back. There was some gravel in the "topsoil". I asked the guy that was loading it if that was the best soil they had and he said yes. "If you don't like go ask for a refund and shovel the dirt back. Wtf smh read more

Better mask enforcement among employees would have made me more comfortable, but great prices, nice variety of tree stock and very helpful staff. I purchased 6 shrubs for a friend's front yard and went back later to get a lovely jap maple for my own. I will definitely go back and am hoping safety protocol is up to speed by then. read more

I get mulch every year and always satisfied. I can do it all over the phone and they always come and give me more than a yard. read more

Buyer BEWARE! I was interested in purchasing 1,000 lbs boulders from here. While sitting in my car, a huge 15ft Palm tree on a rolling cart came rolling right toward me. By Gods' grace it began turning and only skimmed the front bumper!!! One of their worker bees w/ all white short hair quickly came to say it didn't touch my car. When there was a visible scratch there to SEE. She still insisted it wasn't from the cart. They had several of these cart w/trees in them set on a short hill right in parking lot. I brung it to Dwayne (the owner) attention and he told me to get it buffed out (you don't just buff a 2020 Maserati) but offered no apology or anything else. Their product selection is mediocre to say the least. I was going to purchase the only 7 boulders they had in stock but I opted for only one due to the poor customer service offered. Not too mention the discomfort from employees NOT wearing mask. I just wanted to get away from there. Spend your money else where. read more

Perhaps I'll come back and change my review but for now it's less than stellar. Prices have doubled and during this pandemic they are not enforcing the mask requirement. Very disappointed in them this year and I've been a loyal customer for 10 years+ read more

My wife and I have been customers of Graff for years even bought plants earlier this month and have a miniature Japanese tree that we got last year which is doing great. Love Mama the cat that rooms the grounds. We went there today June 17 2020 around 3:30 pm to order some landscapes gravel for our home. When we entered the store a elderly lady greeted us without a mask. We both had a mask on and asked if she would wear one, she refused and told us we are fine. Since we are not spring chickens we left with any more conversation. I dont under the indifference that she displayed. read more

Excellent Selection! Good prices. Most importantly, the advice they gave was perfect. We purchased a tree on Sunday, and they had it in the ground within 24 hours. Amazing. Initially we went to purchase another type, but the sales team walked with us for quite a while and showed us other things to think about. We ended up going with one of the recommendations. read more

Our landscaper recommended we visit Graff when we wanted to plant a Japanese maple. We were blown away with how many trees there was to choose from. We need to boost our curb appeal so decide to go back since they have such a great selection compared to the nurseries around my home. LouAnne helped me come up with a design and gave me a couple options to come back and look up at home... it turned out great. Great, helpful staff and reasonably priced. There is so much to choose from! I find any excuse to go there it's so pretty! read more
