I received a text from owner, saying after plants were installed, my total was $540! I was told prior I would get a say or input on design choices when they were planted- the women came while I was gone, which is fine, but prior to that no options were given. Just a price- which I did approve. When I asked why this was so high I was told Two hours for labor and additional taxes. Really? My ring door bell shows she was here less than 20 min. I should have been informed there would be add ons (labor, taxes) during the quote. That would be the professional business and honest thing to do. Clearly the owner does not value my business because I was told to bring the plants back and leave them back the back door. What a waste of my time. Do not recommend this business for poor customer service and appreciation. Shame

For a $100+ delivery, this is reasonable follow-up, not harassment. Regarding today's interaction, after seeing the owner's response to my Google review, I called hoping to have the professional conversation she publicly invited. The call lasted exactly 42 seconds before she began yelling and hung up on me. There was no argumentative tone or abuse on my end, and there was not even enough time for a full sentence. I also find it highly inappropriate and offensive that the owner attempted to publicly attribute 'anxiety' to me. I have never been diagnosed with anxiety by a professional, nor do I have it. Using a baseless claim about a customer's mental health to deflect from a wrong order is a serious overstep and speaks volumes about the business's ethics. The owner, to my knowledge, is a florist; not a psychologist. As for the refund, I never requested one. My concern was receiving the product I paid for. If the refund is being used as justification to avoid accountability, I am willing to return it if that prevents further misrepresentation of the situation. A pattern is also visible in other one-star reviews for this business. When customers raise legitimate concerns, the response tends to focus on attacking their character or claiming they were "yelling" rather than addressing the actual issue with the order.
