I had seen pictures online and was hoping to snap a selfie on the iconic couch, but it was no longer there I ordered the Mousse Golden Milk Tea and added boba for a little extra. The drink was made surprisingly fast, especially since we all ordered different items. Mine was tasty and super refreshing. My Dad said he will try to duplicate it at home. Protein and flavor all in one. I had the oatmeal with bananas, drizzle of honey and apples I think. It hit the spot. The plus is that all profit goes to the local and global community. They also have some really unique merchandise. This is a family owned local business that has passed from generation. They make you feel like family with quality ingredients and a warm welcome!

What a true disappointment! I've been seeing this place all over social media and finally had the time to give it a try. My first strike was how rude the employees were. The store wasn't busy at all, so their was no reason to be yelled at as if I was a prisoner. I then asked if I could have two bagels toasted with cream cheese, where once again I was yelled at and told that I needed to buy the $7.00 tub of cream cheese. Bagels were not toasted! I get to the register and order an iced coffee and pay for my bagels. The iced coffee was half full and tasted like water with just a hint of coffee. I could have gotten better coffee from Dunkin, and I hate Dunkin coffee. I finally get home to have my bagels and they were the most disgusting bagels I've ever eaten. The bagels were hard and had zero flavor. I'm not sure how a garlic bagel could be flavorless, but Jeff's Bagel Run sure knows how to! So glad I paid $7.00 for Philadelphia Cream Cheese. I honestly have no idea how this place gets so many positive reviews! This was truly a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning anytime soon! read more

I recently got a full dozen bagels from Jeff's Bagel Run. For those of us living in Orlando, finding a truly great bagel can be a serious challenge, but Jeff's delivers on texture and flavor in a way few others in the region can match. The most crucial element of a superior bagel is the texture. The bagels are fluffy, avoiding that dense, heavy doughiness that plagues so many others. They boast a good crust. If we're talking regional rankings, Jeff's Bagel Run is a 5-star establishment for Orlando. It sets the standard and is, without a doubt, the best bagel I've had in the area so far. In terms of an absolute, universal rating, comparing it to the legendary bagels of New York, I would give it a 4 stars. It holds up good against the national benchmark, proving that you don't need to fly north to enjoy a high-quality bite. Highly recommended. Where do I even start? The toaster seems to be the biggest need here. You need a toaster. I'm not usually one that needs much. Personally, simplicity is a key that goes a long way. The bagel was eh at best and the fact that you need a whole tub of cream cheese seems like a waste of product unless the goal is to have all customers buy a ton of bagels. So for someone looking for a quick bite this may not be for you. To me it just seems like another location slapping the "NY" in their name and people not knowing any different going there and saying it's good. Hopefully Jeff will just keep running with the bagels and not stop running. read more

I recently stopped by Jeff's Bagel Run and was impressed by how fresh the bagels were. The bagels had a great texture and were soft. However, I found the Everything bagel a bit too salty for my taste. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the onion and chive cream cheese--it was flavorful and paired well with the bagel.
