That is care and service. I highly recommend Dr. Duchan to anyone.

Deborah Habel 2 years ago How many folks can say they really like their dentist and their practice team? I can! They're just wonderful people. The Rochlen's office is clean and well equipped and *doesn't smell like nitrous oxide.* The staff are all friendly and professional. I see Dr Michelle Rochlen most frequently but her Dad, Dr Gary Rochlen, has also treated me--always without fuss, drama, or pain. When I broke a tooth during an extremely bumpy flight one afternoon, Dr Gary stayed with his assistant and saw me that day even though my arrival time made him late to a holiday dinner with his family. He tried to save what he could, but ultimately had to get that tooth started for a crown that evening. Dr Michelle met me at the gym one Saturday for a quick peek when I thought something terrible had happened. I'll never forget these events and will always be grateful to them. Patients first. At the same time, I've never had the feeling that I was paying for someone's lavish lifestyle at this practice. Work is recommended *when needed,* NOT for an upsell. Every hygienist and assistant I've seen - and I've been coming here for years with my weird teeth - has been gentle and thorough. I always feel a bit guilty eating that first meal after a cleaning and ruining all their work. Front office staff are all fully engaged and prepared to deal with any issue you might bring. Hortensia answers the phone saying, "I can help you." She's not lying. I have NOT been compensated for this review and I am NOT related to anyone working in the practice. This is a legitimate review.

I was looking for a new dentist in the area and I'm glad that I found Gustafson Morningstar…read more My consultation with Dr. Morningstar sold me on the place - she was patient, thorough, and went the extra mile. It was clear that I was in competent and caring hands to get my dental health on the right track. So far, I've had a dental cleaning and some gum treatment along with the new X-Rays and 3D scans of my teeth. My dental hygienist Tayjay has done a great job and Dr. Gustafson was very friendly and helped map out the next steps in my treatment plan which will include teeth whitening and new composite fillings. I had called around other dentists in the area and one well renown place wanted me to pay upfront for new X-Rays before they could even meet with me which was VERY off-putting and GM couldn't have been more different - they were welcoming, took a look under the hood before suggesting treatment plans, were transparent with pricing, and walked me through different payment options. TL;DR: Gustafson Morningstar has been great and I would definitely recommend them to others!

I called a week later to see if I could have my post op appointment sooner. They got me in same day. First of all, I want to say that everyone staffed at CDI was very friendly, compassionate, and…read morecaring. However, I went to this Clinic to seek help with some bothersome and sharp teeth from my grinding. My original online consultation was with Dr. Goldin, who told me in a video that he saw obvious signs of the issues and sharp teeth I had complained about. After my original consultation, they realized I had a few cavities that would need to be fixed before they could resolve my issue, simple enough! I understand that some cavalries could compromise my teeth in the long run, even small ones. However, with all of these fillings, out of pocket it was nearly $3,000. A price I was happy to pay, assuming they would stand by their original statement. Then I was given to Dr. Whalen who also was very friendly. He did my fillings and I have almost no complaints about those compared to everything else. However, the CROWN I GOT IS TERRIBLY FLAWED. I know that the crown are manufactured in a lab but this thing is terrible and is totally made to the wrong shape. DO NOT GET A FILLING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PAIN AND MISERY. I have tried to have it adjusted multiple times to no avail, and will likely have to end up getting the tooth pulled sometime soon when I can afford it, as the experience has been so terrible I'd rather have no tooth at all. However, after I had set up my appointment for my "Occlusal Adjustment" to fix my misaligned bite, when I arrive, only to be interrogated by Dr. Goldin on how he doesn't see the issues that I am clearly pointing out to why I had originally visited in the first place. Very frustrating experience and am now just as unhappy and uncomfortable if not more than before after all the work I had done and now, $3,000 more broke.
