I can tell she enjoys her job because of how thorough she was and also took time/care in explaining at-home tips that were specific to my needs. Dr. Duffield retired, we went to him for many years. Flyer came in the mail today, said "we love your Insurance" not true! We have an upgraded Blue Cross/ Medicare coverage. Tried to bill us, never informed us they stopped taking our Insurance. Not happy with new owners. read more

I have been going to Duffield Dentistry for several years. Every time I go they are very thorough in their explanations in what they are going to do. I'm not a big flosser and both Melissa and Reyasmin take time to explain the proper way to floss and why to do it that particular way. You would think they would give up on me by now and just tell me to floss and now I am actually flossing more. Fortunately I haven't had a need for any dental work but whenever I'm seen by Dr Duffield, he is very pleasant. The office staff are also pleasant. On occasion they remember discussions from previous visits and ask follow up questions 6 months later. I would recommend this office. read more

Duffield did a terrible job on a cosmetic procedure I have had before. He acknowledged that he did not achieve the desired effect, but he refused to correct his error. As a patient of several years I was shocked by his refusal to provide me with quality care. I also feel that the office has forced me to undergo unnecessary procedures. I will now have to find another dentist who is able to fix Duffield's cosmetic error. I am horrified by my experience and would encourage my family and friends to look elsewhere for high quality dentistry. read more

I can't say enough positive things about Duffield Dentistry. Dr. Duffield is very professional and personal and makes a trip to the dentist is good as it can get. I am also super thankful to him for suggesting Invisalign to me. I was never super confident with my teeth and Invisalign was the answer and turned my smile around! =) I always have a good experience from beginning to end. The hygienist are thorough but still gentle, and happy to educate on healthy teeth. I currently see Allison and when she cleans my teeth its like spending a little time with a friend. Older equipment that needs to be updated. They wanted to replace an old silver filling that wasn't bothering me at all. The Dr. poked at it quite a bit during the cleaning and in the middle of the night that same day, it broke. Coincidence? Doubtful. It now make sense why the receptionist was trying to schedule me back so soon and pushed back when i told her we can take care of it in 6mo at my next cleaning. I'm pretty sure he broke it when he was poking at it very hard. They also had all the wrong information from the info i filled out online before the apt. They also demanded i did ex rays, even though i told them i got them done 6mo ago and they could get them from my old dentist. The hygienist also gave me too much unsolicited advice and obviously didn't read the information i filled out before hand.. like how much coffee i drink and how much i floss. I wont be coming back due to all these things. read more

The photos are of the molds of my teeth provided to me from Dr. Duffield of my Invisalign pre-treatment and post-treatment conditions. Post-treatment molds were made approx. 15 months into treatment of the originally estimated 9-month treatment plan. I discontinued my treatment with Dr. Duffield after approx. 18 months of treatment due to the pain and seemingly worsening condition of my teeth. Now I have been told by other ortho that I will need another estimated 1-year of treatment to correct my present condition! After waiting for 45mins to see the dentist he told me he couldn't do a simple task that literally every dentist provides. He comes off as cold and was extremely unaccommodating. I have been going to Duffield dentistry for around two years. I moved into the area and needed to find a new dentist. The office staff is really nice. I have seen different hygienists and dentists and liked them all. I like to make early appointments before work and I appreciate that they have them available and are timely. All they care about is money. They are money hungry. This is the second time I've experienced it with Dr duffield's office and I will never go there again. They tell me one thing and then I go to a dentist who actually isn't money hungry and get a whole different story about what's going on with my periodontal gum disease. They want me to come every 3 months and get it cleaning and pay out of pocket. I went there and they told me I needed a deep cleaning which would cost to be about $500 out of pocket. Because I didn't have that money and an appointment to do that they had me leaving there without doing anything to me except talking to me. I said well at least while I'm here you could do what you're supposed to do and give me my maintenance cleaning which is covered by my insurance. Then they're telling me that if I let this go on for too long eventually my teeth will fall out. I went to another dentist and got a whole different story from them and was told I did not have to come every 3 months and they gave me a thorough cleaning for less money and told me just to keep coming every 6 months for a normal cleaning. Dr duffield's office cares about only one thing and that's money. And I'm not the only one that I know that says that. I know people that have gone there once and never went again. I went there twice and I'll never go again. So that's what I think. No that's what I know read more
