She turns around and screams at the top of her lungs ' GET OVER HEAR NOW !! This explosion was overheard by the staff and other customers. ( I should have left ) . In the exam room she starts again with the Nasty and condescending comments. ( Again I should have left but the condition of my sight could be critical at this point. ) Never have I ever seen such psychotic and insane behavior in my life !! This woman should be fired!!! No ramp, no elevator and 10-12 steps. The appointment was made weeks before and they called me once to reschedule around the doctor's schedule but never mentioned the lack of ADA compliance until all aide schedules and my schedule were all changed for the week to accommodate this appointment. So now the patient will have to wait an additional three weeks to go to an appointment in an accessible building. Seriously, this should not have happened. Very disappointed.
