I just looked at her and said guess again. I will never be back, no one should have to wait 3hours to be seen!

I watched it for 3, nearly 4 hours they had me there for an eye health check up, nothing unusual. Needless to say I left after 3 hours and a lot of waiting. I was still waiting, in a smaller but completely full room, to see a surgical coordinator when I looked at the time and realized I had been there too long, I was late for another obligation purposely scheduled hours apart! To add insult to injury, today I went to see another ophthalmologist for the cataract in my eye that Dr. Richard Nattis informed me of at my visit to Babylon Sight MD. I had discussed the need to have this removed with Dr. Nattis. While he did leave that to me he also led me to believe this was an issue that I needed to deal with sooner or later. Hence, my visit today to a new ophthalmologist. Diagnosis: very little cataract and why would I have surgery!!!! Not needed nor the cause of my eye issue. I feel nauseous just writing this! This was not borderline, in my opinion it's wrong information and wrong recommendation!! For all reasons steer clear of this office and Dr. Richard Nattis. Patients are victims in this office!! PS: I've worked for two doctors, different field of expertise, for 20 years! I know how medicine works and I know how medical offices work. Babylon SightMD needs to be called out. Today, 4 months after my visit there, I'm further repulsed by that office. I am grateful my instincts took me elsewhere. Shame on Dr. Nattis and the office at Babylon SightMD!!

During the surgery he would tell me what was going to happen and constantly made sure that everything was explained to me beforehand. The procedure was completely painless! The experience with Dr. Nattis' could not have been better, from the moment I stepped into the office till the final exam when everything was complete. They even gave me samples and discount codes when I said that. Y insurance wasn't gong to cover the eye drops. When I first got there and had to wait I thought oh no, but now I know why people go to this office and wait hours to be seen. There care and compassion far exceeds what anyone would expect.

Jynae, a technician initially tested my eyes, and Faye Knoll, M.D. evaluated them. The doctor was unable to diagnose me, explaining her limitations as a regular ophthalmologist. She told me that I need to see an eye plastic surgeon, also known as an oculoplastic surgeon, to get my tear ducts evaluated, but there are none at this location, so the front desk receptionist kindly secured an appointment with a specialist at another location. The only negative thing about my customer experience here is that I waited almost an hour to be seen by the doctor due to appointment overbooking. I was one of 20 people, packed like sardines in a small waiting room. Every chair had been taken.

I had an issue with my eye and Dr. Wianecka wasn't in the office so I saw her colleague Dr. Blum. The problem I had was on my upper eyelid not inside my eye, this is key to my story. She diagnoses me with something prescribed me some an ointment to put on my upper eyelid for a few times a day. Dr. Blum offered no suggestion as to what caused this or how it happened. I tried the ointment and my eye immediately got extremely itchy and was getting worse not better so I called the office back and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wianecka 2 days later. This is where it gets even more unprofessional and pathetic. Dr Wianecka sees me, I explain the situation and she says no I don't think it's what the other doctor said...two doctors same group not on the same page...pretty odd. Then she proceeds to try and blame me for the issue that occurred, and said must be an allergic reaction to something. Meanwhile, Ive eaten nothing new, no new soaps, fragrances, shampoos, laundry detergent, NOTHING, so it 1000% is not from that, very lame to blame it on the patient just because you don't know why the problem is occurring. Then she says oh the ointment that Dr. Blum prescribed has a high % of people who reported bad reactions to it...WHY WAS I PRESCRIBED THIS!? She then insists to put these eye drops in my eye meanwhile yet AGAIN I told her the issue is outside of my eye it's on my eyelid and then wanted to prescribe me an eye steroid drop. No good reason as to why either was prescribed. She made it sound like the drops she showed me in office would be cheap only to find out when I walked out I'm hit a ANOTHER $50 copayment, plus $30 for these drops. Why am I being charged another copay when I was MISDIAGNOSED and not properly treated which caused me to go back to your office TWO days later. This is disgusting behavior and I'll never go here again. I ended up going to another eye doctor and got my problem fixed immediately. The fact that I was charged another copayment when it wasn't my fault along with all of the other issues is insane. Go find another doctor that actually cares.

Real, down to earth, not fancy but honest, thorough and terrific. I had seen her for an intial meeting and then went back several months later for a physical. She remembered me. She asked personal questions that we had discussed on the last visit. I know she knew who I was. In a busy practice and being new, I was impressed. The only reason she got 4 stars is you will wait FORVER. Be prepared. For me it is worth it. I waited 2 hours to see her but she spent a good hour with me. She never makes you feel rushed. If you can sit there and not get frustrated waiting, she is well worth the wait. Don't be shy. she will look over every inch of your naked body and prod and poke but you will know you are in great hands and if she says you are OK and healthy, you are.
