No ramp, no elevator and 10-12 steps. The appointment was made weeks before and they called me once to reschedule around the doctor's schedule but never mentioned the lack of ADA compliance until all aide schedules and my schedule were all changed for the week to accommodate this appointment. So now the patient will have to wait an additional three weeks to go to an appointment in an accessible building. Seriously, this should not have happened. Very disappointed.

I watched it for 3, nearly 4 hours they had me there for an eye health check up, nothing unusual. Needless to say I left after 3 hours and a lot of waiting. I was still waiting, in a smaller but completely full room, to see a surgical coordinator when I looked at the time and realized I had been there too long, I was late for another obligation purposely scheduled hours apart! To add insult to injury, today I went to see another ophthalmologist for the cataract in my eye that Dr. Richard Nattis informed me of at my visit to Babylon Sight MD. I had discussed the need to have this removed with Dr. Nattis. While he did leave that to me he also led me to believe this was an issue that I needed to deal with sooner or later. Hence, my visit today to a new ophthalmologist. Diagnosis: very little cataract and why would I have surgery!!!! Not needed nor the cause of my eye issue. I feel nauseous just writing this! This was not borderline, in my opinion it's wrong information and wrong recommendation!! For all reasons steer clear of this office and Dr. Richard Nattis. Patients are victims in this office!! PS: I've worked for two doctors, different field of expertise, for 20 years! I know how medicine works and I know how medical offices work. Babylon SightMD needs to be called out. The experience with Dr. Nattis' could not have been better, from the moment I stepped into the office till the final exam when everything was complete. They even gave me samples and discount codes when I said that. Y insurance wasn't gong to cover the eye drops. When I first got there and had to wait I thought oh no, but now I know why people go to this office and wait hours to be seen. There care and compassion far exceeds what anyone would expect.

I can't get enough of this Optometrist office. Every single staff member is a delight. Always…read moresmiling, Always making you comfortable. Making appointments are painless. The office has new state of the art digital eye examination tools. When I go into any Optometrist office the machine they use basically spits air into your eyeballs to check pressure... I know you know what i'm talking about... It is by far the worst part about getting your eye examined. But at Dr. Wianeckas office, they use a similar machine however it gently blows air into the eyeball to check, so you don't even feel it. I don't know, It just makes for a much better experience in my eyes. (Pun Intended). Their selection in frames is also amazing. Considering they have a lot of name brands in. Plus buying directly from the Optometrist you know they are going to be authentic. Still highly recommend this location. You couldn't ask for any better.
