I would not get my eye care here, offices are run like a factory with at least 20 people in waiting room and 2 hour waits. Shame on them!!!!

While Dr Nattis is excellent in field, the office expereince was beyond awful. My 96 yr old dad had…read morea 12;10 appt as well another patient, he was finally called in at 12:40 an had a staff member do a glacuoma exam and eyes dialated, at 1:45 brought into a small waiting room, at 2:45 brought into a exam room and waited another 15 minutes before Dr Nattis came in for a 10 minute exam. when the doctor left the room, my dad remarked about being there 3hours, the nurse in the room sarcasticly said wow only 3hrs. i replied to her by saying that isn't funny and unexceptable , that our time is just as valuable. she sarcasticly replied that is correct but you'll do it again next year. I just looked at her and said guess again. I will never be back, no one should have to wait 3hours to be seen!

About 4 months ago I visited SightMD in Babylon, 500 Main St. It was my first time there. It was…read morean awful experience because it has extremely poor patient/time management, very inconsiderate to all patients. I watched it for 3, nearly 4 hours they had me there for an eye health check up, nothing unusual. Needless to say I left after 3 hours and a lot of waiting. I was still waiting, in a smaller but completely full room, to see a surgical coordinator when I looked at the time and realized I had been there too long, I was late for another obligation purposely scheduled hours apart! To add insult to injury, today I went to see another ophthalmologist for the cataract in my eye that Dr. Richard Nattis informed me of at my visit to Babylon Sight MD. I had discussed the need to have this removed with Dr. Nattis. While he did leave that to me he also led me to believe this was an issue that I needed to deal with sooner or later. Hence, my visit today to a new ophthalmologist. Diagnosis: very little cataract and why would I have surgery!!!! Not needed nor the cause of my eye issue. I feel nauseous just writing this! This was not borderline, in my opinion it's wrong information and wrong recommendation!! For all reasons steer clear of this office and Dr. Richard Nattis. Patients are victims in this office!! PS: I've worked for two doctors, different field of expertise, for 20 years! I know how medicine works and I know how medical offices work. Babylon SightMD needs to be called out. Today, 4 months after my visit there, I'm further repulsed by that office. I am grateful my instincts took me elsewhere. Shame on Dr. Nattis and the office at Babylon SightMD!!
