I was concerned because it was a very small family company. Since then I have been 100% satisfied. If there is a problem they are on top of it. For example this Thursday (Thanksgiving weekend), I reported a problem to the general number (a yellow light on the panel). I got a call back from the owner within the hour (a service you don't get often). I couldn't take the call and I decided to wait till Monday as it was not an emergency situation. Can you believe that the owner called me back? This is the kind of service you will get from Victor Security for a fraction of the price from the other companies.

I found 1 Solution AV after posting a local neighborhood Facebook group to help with installation…read moreof my security doorbell video cameras. The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

The alarm system would not function and I couldn't find any help online, and called at least a dozen companies, all with no luck. Even the manufacturer couldn't help us. I found Main Line Protection and gave them a call to schedule for a service person to come by, as we knew that we would incur costs, but at least it would fix our issue. I caught Matt Gough on the phone and instead of sending someone over, he emailed me the program pdf to see if we could take care of the issue ourselves, with no charge and no hassle. 15 minutes later, we were good to go. This is the type of service that deserves 5 stars- the fact that he helped us out without having any prior business together.
