I have come to Lori for about a year now (roughly every 4wks) for a Brazilian wax and she makes what can be an extremely awkward experience a breeze! She oozes with lies and it is sickening to see Larissa represent a woman like Jeannie with deep roots in faith, honesty, and helping the community begin to tarnish that reputation. Few examples - Larissa comes out and compliments my wife on losing weight...then tries to sell her on the ultrasonic liposuction...fast forward a few minutes later when my wife asks her something specific about a past treatment, Larissa says "I don't remember everyone that I treat, I don't know." Oh really...how did you know she lost weight? Next we get to the price argument. Jeannie ran a special, just like she is doing now on groupon for a full body laser hair removal for $499. Larissa won't hear of it. She claims there is a doctor she needs to pay. Or that laser costs $1200 minimum. Compares Bossier to Dallas. Uses choice words to make the customer feel like a liar. She even goes as far to say that Groupon made an error and she demanded they take the ad down (untrue, since I am close friends with Eric and Rich...co-founder and current CEO respectively, and a quick chat uncovered this lie). Groupon is going to flag The Skin Station and reach out to the 63 customers who bought the Extra Large Area coupon to verify Larissa "turned them away" as she claimed. Hopefully this was the only true thing she said meaning a permanent ban from Groupon due to breach of contract. Jeannie needs to keep Larissa secluded to the back room on the laser and keep her away from any type of customer sales interaction. You never know who she will lie to and the adverse impact it will have in the long term. Get someone honest to represent the business and I am sure you'll recover.

Massage Envy is open till 10:00 p.m. weekdays and till 6:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. This is a huge plus for me and allows me to get massages regularly to maintain good health. The Longview facility is brand new, clean, well organized, and inviting. Staff are courteous and genuinely friendly. At this time, I can only speak for the Massage Therapists, but what I've experienced to date has been excellent. Beds are heated and comfortable, linens are clean and fresh, music and lighted can be adjusted as requested. The monthly membership plan is a great value. I especially like that the free monthly service provided with the membership can be upgraded and can be carried over to the next month if need be. Additional services in the month are deeply discounted for members. The membership is for one year (12 free services) and is a real bargain compared to "gift pack specials" offered by other spas in Longview. I hope to update this review soon, as I have booked a facial for January.

I signed up for their "membership" with the understanding that I get credits and they can be utilized or transferred to another person at any time. After a year and stacking up credits from not being able to make time to go, I called to cancel. There was no problem there. They said you have 8 credits to use because you have paid. I found out they expired 60 days after I canceled... grant it, I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. I would not recommend ANYONE doing this unless you truly have time to do them monthly.
