I guess the "and up" beside the prices means "however much we think we can gouge you for". I was especially surprised by all of this because I've been going there over a year. Not the first price I've been curious about not adding up after I left, but only time I've caught them in the act. It has been going downhill but in my opinion has hit rock bottom!
