I love Ahn and her work. She is so skilled at what she does. Shes very good a bringing a vision to life. She takes amazing care of me when I am there. I love getting my pedicures there as well. They have gel and builder gel to choose from. Regular polish as well. Prices are fair for the work done and the products used. These nails will last 6 weeks if I don't make it in for a fill. They are made strong and to last. She is not rude as has been said, she is a direct person when she speaks. She's a different culture. It's never intended to be rude. She wants her customers happy with their nails. If you don't like something then tell her asap so she can fix it to your liking. Pics are always helpful but sometimes I just let her do her own thing. I respect her and her employees as I've used T Nails for years. They are so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend. Cozy place with not a lot of pressure or it being overwhelming. read more

I wanted so badly to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now to be fair my girlfriends and I did come in an hour before closing due to the time we got off work. with that being said they still decided to take us as clients. we sit down in the chair and we show her a design, granted we already planned on paying a good amount for what we wanted, and I repeat what WE wanted. The lady tells us she doesn't do designs so we pick out regular color and she applies the nails. First set looked decent. Then she starts my set, I told her I wanted stilettos which is what I got. I asked her to do the color one way she argued with me and ended up doing the way SHE wanted to do it. When asked if I like the length I asked if she could take the length down a little bit, and she refused and did it the way SHE wanted. She left the nails really thick, uneven, sloppy, didn't take care of my cuticles, they don't come to a point like stilettos... my other friends pedicure left her feet sore and sloppy, he nipped her cuticles she said ouch or that hurts several times and he was still rough... So by this point we were just ready to go we go up to the counter to ring out and move on with our night... she quotes for all of our nails close to $500. Now I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 7 years and for one set of nails whether they were stiletto or not I have never charged over $45 for a full set unless it's with a more expensive product. We asked for a receipt with the charges on it, and all of a sudden the machine wasn't working, she could not get us a receipt... was apparently on hold with customer service. fast forward to the next day, she gives us a receipt with the total and a 95$ gratuity... we asked for each service and price because we were all going to put it on one card and paypal to the card... she then takes a piece of receipt paper she hand writes the prices on... 5 different prices... 3 of us got the same exact services... she changed her story 3 times then asks us to leave....This experience by far has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a nail salon. A night that was supposed to be fun with the girls turned into a nightmare because of the lousy service we received from the salon. Rude! and overpriced! would not recommend! definitely will not be back!!! read more

The cheapest nail polish in the city. I got a manicure on a Saturday morning and by that evening it all came off. When I went in on Monday they were extremely rude and refused to correct the horrible work done on Saturday. I know children who could do a better job. read more
