This is a big salon. I was pleasantly surprised so many customers were there on a Sunday…read moreafternoon. But, they were also well staffed. think I counted about twenty two nail stations. And, probably just as many pedicure stations. I was able to walk in and be served right away. As soon as I was seated, I was given a "menu" that showed entire list of services. The nail technician successfully got me to upgrade the pedicure I initially selected. I was not disappointed and the lady who did my well overdue pedicure was so gentle. As soon as I was finished. I went to the manicure station and was immediately seated with the nail technician. I like how you can sign in with your phone number when you enter. And, you have the option of signing up for their rewards program. I chose to have the receipt texted to me when I was leaving out. Once I got home, looked for the receipt in my phone and found the name on the receipt says Happy Nails & Spa. I'm pretty sure this is the same place I visited today. I will make sure to find out because I will definitely try them again.

I won't cheat on my nail tech again…read more Pros: -They ask what you're there for as soon as you come in. -Got In the chair quickly -Clean -first massage for legs was approx 4-5 min long per leg. It felt okay. Cons: -deluxe job wasn't worth the price of $40. I would've rather spent the $28- which was what the visit was worth. -A man was staring at my feet/sitting beside the nail tech the majority of the time. I don't know if he was learning, or bored- but it's uncomfortable to have someone beside you like that. I did NOT enjoy it. -Their laughter didn't make my visit better, either. There was a couple of times where I felt as if they were even laughing at me. She laughed loudly, too. Even if the conversation was innocent- it didn't look nor feel innocent. -the massage was faster pace than I am used to (this could be a pro or con for some). The jerking of the foot wouldn't allow me to doze off. -after my paraffin wax, she applied lotion to my legs. This massage- which I'm used to being longer and the more enjoyable part of my experience - happened on both legs in under two minutes (I time all the massages). -lastly, as you can see, the paint job is less than fabulous. It was indeed a "Walmart" Experience. I'll stick to peppertree

They never got back to me either time! I didn't have any strange requests. I wasn't rude or anything. I hate leaving bad reviews, even. I wasn't like "can you turn me blonde today? only today will do!!" I wanted to get a cut and color and wanted to know when the soonest available appointment would be. Weird. In the past they've been great, but after two times of them not caring about my business, I give up. There's other places to go. I wish I could give 4-5 stars, because the stylists are really good...but that doesn't do any good if I can't even get an appointment anymore.
