So I asked to speak with a manager, but they told me I would have to call her on the following Tuesday after 2 PM, on Tuesday I called the manager and who would have guessed!? She wasn't available! I have since then called back several different times left several messages on the voicemail and with other coworkers and still haven't gotten this resolved. After they drafted another $49 from my card I called again and spoke to a woman today and told her it's been three months I would like to cancel my membership. What could go wrong now you may be asking yourself? Welllllll....she informs me it'll be another 60 days before I can cancel!? Ummmm....THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD THE FIRST TIME. After telling her that I pay 49.00 per month for something I cannot use and going over the whole situation her response was " it's not about the money, we don't need your money". I told her that for her it may not be about the money but for me it is and that what they are doing is wrong. She DID NOT CARE!
