God forbid you have any kind of issue or need the manager for anything because she's never there. She works when she wants. Corporate numbers don't work. Don't start a membership here. You'll literally have to harass the employees and go through your bank to end it. Worst experience I've ever had with a tanning bed salon. They do not care about customers, just trying to make sales. I've been trying to end my membership here for forever now. Tiffany just does what she wants to I guess. This is not a car loan. This is a tanning bed membership. She acts as if this is HER company and she can come when she wants. I love how she finds time to argue in the reviews but can't reach back out to members. I will be pushing this issue further. I will be reaching out to corporate with screenshots of all the argumentative replies to every bad review. If I could give zero stars and still put a review I would! These shady girls signed me up over the phone after coming from a Tyler location that is open 24 hrs; They failed to mention that they are only open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday Until AFTER I was handing the contract back to the girl at the counter. I then told her to go ahead and cancel it because that's during work hours and it won't work for me she said "you've already signed the contract there's nothing we can do now". They proceeded to inform me that I could cancel after three months; I had literally just handed her the agreement back and your failure to disclose THAT kind of information?! So I asked to speak with a manager, but they told me I would have to call her on the following Tuesday after 2 PM, on Tuesday I called the manager and who would have guessed!? She wasn't available! I have since then called back several different times left several messages on the voicemail and with other coworkers and still haven't gotten this resolved. After they drafted another $49 from my card I called again and spoke to a woman today and told her it's been three months I would like to cancel my membership. What could go wrong now you may be asking yourself? Welllllll....she informs me it'll be another 60 days before I can cancel!? Ummmm....THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD THE FIRST TIME. After telling her that I pay 49.00 per month for something I cannot use and going over the whole situation her response was " it's not about the money, we don't need your money". I told her that for her it may not be about the money but for me it is and that what they are doing is wrong. She DID NOT CARE! Lol she again said that there's nothing she can do about it I have to wait 60 MORE days to cancel. Well that callous condescending attitude is what got me! Nope! I've been very happy with my membership here. All of the services were explained to me in detail before joining, they explained the 60-day cancellation policy and also let me try the red light bed before signing. Everyone is always friendly and it's always very clean. read more

They don't care if you get duped. I went in looking for a different kind of therapy. Asked a lot of questions. Even asked how much one session would be to try. I prepaid for month. It was definitely not what I was looking for. Fine. I'll live with it. I go home and look online only to find out I could have tried for free. Wow thanks a lot! Just started working again in march. Struggling right now and I know everyone is but it's just wrong not to give refund after one visit that could have been a trial session. The home office will not respond. They just get the local workers to email you. If a service is really that good, there's no trickery involved. Their website even mentions that very idea! read more

I've been going to Planet Beach pretty much once a week for several years to get my Mystic Tan! Having had some little skin cancers, I can't take the chance of sun or tanning beds, but still want a little color. Love it! After 3 years my membership went to half price. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! read more

Not a good place to relax the girls are rude and when you cancel with them they still pull out of your accout. Their equipment is broke or hafe working and bulds are out and they never repkace them. read more
