Now the company is saying my sessions have expired because I didn't come every 6 months, and it says that no where in the contract. I believe this is a breach of contract and a failure of consideration. I had a deeply disappointing experience with transformations owner. Stacie's behavior was aggressive, dismissive and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. Not only did she not honor the contract. She makes up baseless reasons to terminating contracts once she has your money. There's high employee turnover and they regularly cancel appointments that have been scheduling months in advance.

He was very flexible with working with my crazy schedule. He is probably the easiest, friendliest and personable. I had him give me a hair cut and color my roots and add to my highlights. No complaints! Grey hair is gone for now. The shop is really cute, the owner used to be a photographer( I believe she is still doing it part time.). The shop also is a boutique, also tanning booths and does nails. From the outside you wouldn't expect it. This is certainly a place I would recommend to anyone.
