I will not be back to Massage Envy and I will share with everyone I know. The massage therapist was great! I signed up for their "membership" with the understanding that I get credits and they can be utilized or transferred to another person at any time. After a year and stacking up credits from not being able to make time to go, I called to cancel. There was no problem there. They said you have 8 credits to use because you have paid. I found out they expired 60 days after I canceled... grant it, I ALREADY PAID FOR THEM. I would not recommend ANYONE doing this unless you truly have time to do them monthly. read more

My home massage envy is here in Longview. First of all, I have been a member for 8 years, and have never had but one bad massage. This one was several years ago. The therapists are good. The one that I have used for the last two weeks is very competent and friendly. The little issue that I had last week ( and it was minor) was that I felt that she cut me about 10 minutes short. No big deal. I used the same therapist this week. Again, I felt that she was extremely competent, but (as usual) had scheduled an hour and half massage for tonight. So, I am looking at the timer that she was using and it said "29 minutes." About 5 minutes later, the room went dark. I thought this was strange. She had turned the timer around so I couldn't see it anymore and abruptly ended the massage and walked out with the timer. So, here is the deal. I don't like it when I feel as though I am being deceived. Perhaps it wasn't intended that way, but this is the message that I received (rightly or wrongly). I tip well and in cash. Great massage but if you would like to move on, please tell me and I will agree to a one hour massage without a problem. That way I will not be charged for an hour. Again, great great massage and friendly therapist for the time that I got. I am not one to complain, but when it appears to get worse every week and I am spending money, please please tell me what you are going to do. I am ok if you need to leave early or if you are not feeling well. Please don't leave the impression that you are trying to deceive me. Thanks. read more

FINALLY! A spa that keeps hours which are convenient for the customers! I work 8-5 Mon-Fri and so appreciate a spa that is available when I am. Massage Envy is open till 10:00 p.m. weekdays and till 6:00 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. This is a huge plus for me and allows me to get massages regularly to maintain good health. The Longview facility is brand new, clean, well organized, and inviting. Staff are courteous and genuinely friendly. At this time, I can only speak for the Massage Therapists, but what I've experienced to date has been excellent. Beds are heated and comfortable, linens are clean and fresh, music and lighted can be adjusted as requested. The monthly membership plan is a great value. I especially like that the free monthly service provided with the membership can be upgraded and can be carried over to the next month if need be. Additional services in the month are deeply discounted for members. The membership is for one year (12 free services) and is a real bargain compared to "gift pack specials" offered by other spas in Longview. INCREDIBLE. When we walked in, everyone treated us and after we input our info for our preferences we got a tour. The building is so well put together and really nice. Our massage therapists introduced themselves and shook our hand which was very professional and appreciated. When we got into our room (we got a couples massage) and they explained the process and gave us plenty of time to get comfortable. Erin and Jackie did AMAZING on our massages!! Britney did a FABULOUS job during my couples massage tonight! I highly recommend her and will personally use her again. Unfortunately, my husband's experience wasn't quite as pleasant....for one simple mistake. He has severe anxiety and we have it noted on his acct that he prefers not to have his face touched. Even though his gal (Natalia) read it back to him, she forgot. So once she touched his face he was on the verge of a panic attack for the remainder of his massage. We will definitely return but we will be specific about who we will and won't use. read more

Really disappointed by my services today at the Longview Location. I am new to this whole Massage Envy membership thing.. I booked a 60 minute massage online with a Rapid Tension enhancement. I showed up for my appointment today and was ushered into the "quiet room" where a lady loudly made 2 phone calls in front of me and another guest. Massage Envy cannot control this woman but a sign stating to not make phone calls in the quiet room would have been helpful. My therapist showed up to greet me at 4:06. My appointment should have began at 4 but perhaps she was running behind. Anyways she does the RTR first and then goes into my massage. She did a good job so I won't mention her name in my complaint. I glanced at my watch before she began the massage. I checked it again after what felt like a very fast massage and noticed she only massaged me for 35 minutes. I was confused but got dressed while she waited on me with water ( very kind ). Once at the receptionist desk I asked the lady if there was a mistake in my booking because I only received a 30 minute massage. She looks annoyed at me and says that I did an ENHANCEMENT not an UPGRADE. Whatever that is supposed to mean... I questioned her further and she seemed even more annoyed. She yelled across the waiting room at the lady in the managers office if their app leads you to believes you are getting a 60 massage and the RTR to equal a 90 minute session ( which it does ) and she yell's back "IDK THAT WOULD BE A CORPORATE QUESTION!" At this point I don't argue. Since I am a member she then charges me the 40 dollar member rate, (which should have got me a 60 minute massage) and another 10 dollars for the RTR. I felt stupid for even inquiring her. I am locked in to a contract with them now. This was my first massage with them as a member. Hope I didn't make a huge mistake joining! read more

I've been going to see Dewan at Massage Envy in Longview for 6 weeks now, and love both his ability to work the knots out of my neck and shoulders(no one else has ever managed it!) and to gauge my stress level to know if his normal cheery banter would add to or relieve that days stress level. I now books my sessions several weeks in advance to make sure I can get onto his schedule! read more

Love it! The atmosphere is perfectly "spa-like" which is important to me; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are a variety of masseuses to choose from, and I've had several I really like. Prices are good, but mainly Iove their hours! As a REALTOR I can't schedule a massage until after 7:00 pm and they're open till 10, and open 7 days per week! Also, sometimes you don't know ahead of time you'll be sore and need a massage, and here you can always get in on short notice. I'm SO GLAD Longview has a Spa Envy! read more

I made my very first appointment a week ago for Sunday ( my only day off) they called the day before to make sure I would be there. One hour before my appointment, they cancelled on me. I went to Paulette's once a week for over five years and never cancelled on me ever.Real crappy service! read more
