He comes back at 9:15 and says that had to cancel appointment. He didn't apologize, just said Have to cancel. Didn't ask to reschedule no call next day or anytime. Well I got there 8:30 and someone could have let me know earlier and " im sorry" , would have been nice and reschedule. I still have not heard back.
