He was very flexible with working with my crazy schedule. He is probably the easiest, friendliest and personable. I had him give me a hair cut and color my roots and add to my highlights. No complaints! Grey hair is gone for now. The shop is really cute, the owner used to be a photographer( I believe she is still doing it part time.). The shop also is a boutique, also tanning booths and does nails. From the outside you wouldn't expect it. This is certainly a place I would recommend to anyone.

I had gotten highlights at the OTHER place- and they got about an inch from my scalp- and then lightened it too much- and used no toner. Michele just toned it down, "erased" the sharp line where the guy didn't come close to my scalp. It looks great. I just wanted to hug her- she's awesome. No reason to go anywhere but to her.
