The masseuse watched the clock the whole time. And then when it is all over the massage experience is ruined with being harassed for tips. Then when you tip she wants more and harasses you for more blocking you from leaving. They won't answer calls or texts but are constantly looking at their phones and texting while you are there.

This was also outside of regular hours for lunch so it was not any type of busy time for the mall. Also, when you tell them you have to leave and can't wait, they just grin like Cheshire cats.
