I always feel like I'm not welcome in there and I've been 5-6 times. I can't say anything for the pedicures, I've yet to get one that I'm satisfied with from here and the prices for all of the services are crazy high.

The massage room is pleasantly appointed with plants, music, dim lighting, and a heated massage table and there are no funky smells that sometimes turn me off at spas. Her technique is fantastic and she's willing to give extra attention to problem areas, unlike at some big-name spas I've gone to in the past. I've had massages all over the country and she's right up there with the best of them. The only drawback, as I see it, is that her place is a little small so there's not really a place to just chill out and soak up all the awesomeness after the massage. And, probably just as many pedicure stations. I was able to walk in and be served right away. As soon as I was seated, I was given a "menu" that showed entire list of services. The nail technician successfully got me to upgrade the pedicure I initially selected. I was not disappointed and the lady who did my well overdue pedicure was so gentle. As soon as I was finished. I went to the manicure station and was immediately seated with the nail technician. I like how you can sign in with your phone number when you enter. And, you have the option of signing up for their rewards program. I chose to have the receipt texted to me when I was leaving out.
