I really want to like this place. They do a good job on your nails and they tend to last a really long time but they rarely do what you ask them to do- make your nails longer than you want, shape them differently than you asked, argumentative. I always feel like I'm not welcome in there and I've been 5-6 times. I can't say anything for the pedicures, I've yet to get one that I'm satisfied with from here and the prices for all of the services are crazy high. read more

I walked in and everyone not working was on the phone. Great thing I was out under a hour. I was gardening all weekend I still have some dirt under my toenails after the visit. They did not do trim my nails or nail beds and barely touched any callisus on my feet. It seemed the guy that did my nails was in a rush to get back on his phone. The other guy with him seemed hurried to get back to his Xbox. I was charged the same as I was at Happy Nails in Marshall and they waxed me and took time to make me feel welcomed. Literally just walked out. took my daughter there (9 years old) to get a mani and pedi for her birthday! The experience wasn't pleasant. I was on one side getting my nails done while she was getting her feet did and when they was done I asked her did she get a massage she said no! They still tried to charge me the full price after arguing with them I ended up paying $5 less. Chris did my nails and he's obviously having a horrible day. He told me to sit in his chair and I told him what I wanted he said it'll be $55 because of the coffin shape well, Chris I already have coffin shaped nails why are you charging me $55 for something that's normally $40? He immediately gets an attitude don't say anything else to me the entire time he's doing my nails. When he's done they are not even coffin shaped anymore! He didn't say a word to me he just got up and walked off. I say there for a minute and he came back and said "the sink is over there" I am furious that was my first time going there and I will never ever be back! One more thing. Went there and got three pedicures and two manicures, The pedicures it took forever to get to us which was fine because we went when it was busy but had an appointment but it was over pretty much as soon as it started we chose the $40 pedicure and ended up being charged 70 for it, I did get a special look on my toes but it said that it was an extra $15. The people doing the pedicures spent little time on us, they didn't get the calluses off my feet or any of my friends and when we asked him they laughed and said we don't wanna do it anymore because it just keeps coming off. when we got to our manicures the lady was extremely rough and when told that it hurt she laughed and said I'm sorry but continue doing it all in all we probably won't be back to this establishment again read more

This place sucks. There's no way around it. Everyone is rude. They rush through and just try to get you in and out as fast as possible, thus making tons of mistakes. I've gotten dip nails about 5 times there over the past 3 years- each time thinking, maybe I'm being too hard on them, I'll give it another chance! But it's always the same. It Pains me to write this because I've always come here to get my lashes done by the owner! Cam has always done a beautiful job with lash extensions. I live in Honolulu HI but visit my family here in Marshall and VIP is a must stop for me, it's the only place I trust with my lashes not even in Hawai!! But today 04/19/19 @ 830am I walked in ( after making an appt the past day) to get a lash lift for a change, a gentleman Ethan greeted me and asked me to step inside. He seemed in a hurry and asked me if I wanted very curly or just curly lashes. I just said very curly, so he asked me to lay down and began, all I could smell was food coming from his mouth and fingers and he didn't even clean my eye lid or lashes. He puts on the wrong rod and starts all over again (which I understood). He leaves me there so that my lashes could process the first time for 15 mins then comes back and tells me to wait 15 mins more for the second process. He comes back literally 5 mins later and removes everything, and tells me I'm done!?? He just cleans off and walks away. I was worried that my lashes hadn't processed enough time but since I'm leaving to Hawaii tomorrow I didnt have time to sit there any longer. He never instructed me what to do after or how to maintain them he didn't brush them or told me the proper way to take care of them or how long I should wait before applying anything on them. I do believe he is very kind and a hard worker but he rushed my lashes and I just had a terrible experience, my lashes still have glue on them and are going back to its original shape after only 30 mins. I will not be coming back anymore unless it's with Cam. UPDATE: I went back around 2:20pm the same day after noticing my lashes were falling off and going back to its original shape, I spoke to someone named "Ryan " I believe and told me to come in so they can take a look, I went back in and it was packed with people, as soon as I walked in "Ethan" recognized me and called me out infront of everyone he asked what was wrong with my lashes while giving another client a pedicure. I wanted to speak and private but he was kept repeating what was wrong and telling me my lashes looked great and curly when they clearly were missing lashes and some were straight sticking out. He then tells me to wait, I waited for about 30 mins when he finally comes near me and he just moves my head around too see if my lashes were flat, he kept on saying they looked good and curly even though my lashes were literally on my cheeks after the fallout. I finally just decided to give up and leave. It's not worth it, I've never been treated so poorly. I've tried this place twice for pedicures. The first time, I had the quickest and weakest foot-and-leg massage ever, for $45. Friends said I got a bad employee, give it another go. This time, I was put in a chair with my feet in water, waiting for a technician for 20 minutes. When he got around to me, he used the scrubber so enthusiastically that he SCRUBBED the SKIN off the outside of my left foot (it bled) and on the inside of my right. In twenty years of monthly pedicures, no one has ever drawn blood. No apology. No indication that he even noticed, even though I told him to stop, it was hurting. He just switched feet and proceeded to skin the other one. Never again! read more

The nails were great but they scammed us big time me and my friend went here for prom and they charged us 200$ for nails and toes when they said it will only be 60$ at most for just one of us but they scammed us because we had no adults with us just our boyfriends.
