Today I came in for a full set and specifically asked for a female technician, but was given a male. Very frustrating!! Then, on top of that he cut my cuticles numerous times and this is quite literally the worst full set I've ever gotten. It looks horrible. I tried multiple times to have him fix stuff, but he didn't understand. He didn't do any of the normal manicure treatments and barely put a dot of lotion on my hands.
