I asked for an itemized receipt because the prices charged didn't match the list, but they claimed not to have them and were rude instead. I guess the "and up" beside the prices means "however much we think we can gouge you for". I was especially surprised by all of this because I've been going there over a year. Not the first price I've been curious about not adding up after I left, but only time I've caught them in the act. It has been going downhill but in my opinion has hit rock bottom! STAY AWAY if you're smart.

She squared some & rounded others, all were very rough, not smooth and asked if they were okay. She did go back and fixed them. She also made one of my cuticles bleed when she cut me.
