I really want to like this place. I always feel like I'm not welcome in there and I've been 5-6 times. I can't say anything for the pedicures, I've yet to get one that I'm satisfied with from here and the prices for all of the services are crazy high.

Usually if I see a nail place empty, it's a sign, but I disregarded that because my mom had used the girl before. The woman does nothing but stays on FB LIVE the whole time. And she didn't realize, but we do understand a little bit of their language. She made the comment she was gonna lollipop (which means slap the sh*t out of) my mom if she kept moving.....all my mom did was turn her head to talk to me. Then she said something about silicone, well my mother has fake breasts, they're not abnormally huge or anything, she just knows my mom, but to talk crap about us in her language on FB live to people, it took everything in us not to lollipop her! She kept rolling her eyes, and huffing and puffing. After we left mom explained to me that one of the gentlemen that did our pedicures was her husband, and she's a very jealous woman, so she was prob mad that they were laughing and cutting up with us. So, my best suggestion is to go to VIP nails or the new place next door to Gucci's Pizza over by Kroger's. She has a magical touch that kind of makes you forget that you're back has been hurting for the past ten years. Her lobby is a little spartan at the moment, but I think that's because she just moved into her new location at Merritt and Elsie and hasn't completely finished unpacking. The massage room is pleasantly appointed with plants, music, dim lighting, and a heated massage table and there are no funky smells that sometimes turn me off at spas. Her technique is fantastic and she's willing to give extra attention to problem areas, unlike at some big-name spas I've gone to in the past. I've had massages all over the country and she's right up there with the best of them. The only drawback, as I see it, is that her place is a little small so there's not really a place to just chill out and soak up all the awesomeness after the massage. She has to be the best massage therapist in Marshall because I can't imagine anybody better.

I was able to snap the rest rest off with little to no pressure. The first nail that broke I went back in had it redone. It was done wrong as well. I finally went to another salon to get a new set and it took almost an hour to get them off because the product they use is not good product. This is a big salon. I was pleasantly surprised so many customers were there on a Sunday…read moreafternoon. But, they were also well staffed. think I counted about twenty two nail stations. And, probably just as many pedicure stations. I was able to walk in and be served right away. As soon as I was seated, I was given a "menu" that showed entire list of services. The nail technician successfully got me to upgrade the pedicure I initially selected. I was not disappointed and the lady who did my well overdue pedicure was so gentle. As soon as I was finished. I went to the manicure station and was immediately seated with the nail technician. I like how you can sign in with your phone number when you enter. And, you have the option of signing up for their rewards program. I chose to have the receipt texted to me when I was leaving out. Once I got home, looked for the receipt in my phone and found the name on the receipt says Happy Nails & Spa. I'm pretty sure this is the same place I visited today. I will make sure to find out because I will definitely try them again.
