small spot but very accommodating for any size group with friendly staff Large portions so come hungry. Just wish their coffee had a little bit more umph

A simple, no-frills, great local place. It's not fancy, but you get a lot of food for the money, the service is friendly, and I haven't had anything but great food here. Literally my only complaint is the rose bushes in front between the parking lot and the entrance to the restaurant. I had to walk around several cars to get in. Yes, it's a silly complaint, but I couldn't just leave a perfect review now, could I? Some day I will try the Imola Cafe, which is apparently the partner business to this one, but this location is closer to my home and work so I've always come here.

I usually get breakfast at the Imola Cafe but since I was at this part of Napa, I decided to give this place a try. This family owned restaurant serves delicious food and provides excellent service. A nice selection of Mexican inspired cuisine, as well as traditional breakfast favorites. I ordered the country fried steak and it was great. The person sitting next to me ordered the Chile Relleno omelette and it looked amazing.

Great local spot! Awesome and huge breakfast plates! Nothing fancy, just delicious food. Their pancakes are thick and fluffy. You can add strawberries and bananas to them too. They have a whole omelette section. I got their Denver omelette in my last trip there. I asked for no red sauce and added bacon in the omelette. The bacon was sooo crispy. Their coffee is super delish too.

Great service and food. Did not disappoint. My 10 year old gave it a ten star rating . Definitely will be back for more

It was spinach and avocado, sourdough toast, hashbrowns, a jalapeño and coffee!

Gritty, raw, dinner style breakfast cafe. Me and my boys used to go to the Soscol Cafe when we were in the mood for a greasy, diner style breakfast. It was tiny, you always had to wait outside until a table was ready, and had an unintended locals only vibe. Then one day a truck drove through the restaurant, demolishing a good portion of the building, and closing the cafe for good. Owner Javier Cejas bounced back and opened both the Jefferson Cafe, and Imola Cafe! I ordered an Omelette with avocado, spinach, and queso fresco, and selected hash browns and sourdough toast for sides, as well as a jalapeño on the side. As you will see in the pictures the omelette was huge, eggs cooked perfect, fluffy and buttery! It was generously stuffed with sautéd spinach leaves and perfectly ripe avocados. It took some time, but i are it all, and was impressed overall. I was reluctant to order the hashbrowns, as I wasn't in the mood for too much grease, but I took a chance... it worked out. The hash towns were perfect, absolutely perfect, crunchy and fluffy, but greasy, but far from dry! With the addition of a little salt and pepper I was in heaven. The toast and coffee, were just fine as well. I was not just satisfied, but impressed as the entire meal presented as fresh, tasty, not greasy, and very satisfying! The table, chairs, silverware et., are super basic, so don't judge, it's the vibe!

The service was welcoming and kind, and I loved the windows and wood accents inside which made for a nice relaxing atmosphere - it was a beautiful day outside so I sat at one of the many small foldable chairs/tables outside. The offer adorable plates for pastries to enjoy there. I got a lemon verbena pastry, and a fig leaf latte. I like that their offerings are a bit unique, and the pastry was delicate, tasty, though a little less crisp that I'd like - perhaps because it was later in the day? The fig leaf latte was also tasty - though I couldnt really taste a big difference between the fig leaf syrup and vanilla - it seemed to be missing a little something to really bring out the fig leaf flavor. Overall, a cute little cafe to grab a pastry and coffee at, and I'd like to come back earlier in the day to try some of the other pastries! A little pricier than some of the other pastries in the area, but they're definitely a little more elevated here :)

Unfortunately, my experience fell short in a few meaningful ways. I ordered a lavender coffee latte, which I was really looking forward to, but it lacked flavor and was disappointing enough that I chose not to purchase anything further. That alone might not have stopped me from returning, but what followed did. Knowing European culture, and especially Parisian cafés, are often very dog-friendly, and given Napa's well-known dog-loving atmosphere, I felt comfortable bringing my dog, who is a service animal. I was immediately asked to leave because only service animals are allowed, with the assumption made that my dog was not one. While he is in fact a service animal, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was no curiosity or neutral clarification... just an assumption and a request to leave. That moment really deflated the excitement I had walking in. Between the coffee experience and feeling unwelcome, I decided not to stay as long as planned or purchase anything further. I'm glad to see that others have had better experiences here, and the pastries certainly look lovely. I suppose those interested should trust other reviewers on that front. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

They sell curated food products from gourmet balsamic vinegar, crackers, popcorn, flavored olive oils, jams, and of course. We decided to try the bourbon latte and white rabbit. Sidenote, the drinks do come iced as well. In addition to our drinks, I bought lemon curd jam and rosè jelly. There was only one person working when we were there but we didn't wait long for our drinks which was a big plus. Aside from that, the bourbon latte was very tasty and I loved the fact that the bourbon syrup wasn't too overpowering. Next time I go, I'm definitely getting it iced. I started with the Iced Matcha Fog Latte, and it was fantastic. Super smooth, creamy, and refreshing with that clean matcha flavor that isn't overly sweet or heavy. After that, I tried the Turmeric Latte, which was warm, comforting, and full of flavor. It had a beautiful golden color, a subtle earthy spice, and a smooth finish that made it feel almost like a wellness drink and a treat at the same time. I also grabbed an Almond croissant, and it was exactly what you want with a latte -- flaky, buttery, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with sliced almonds. Messy in the best possible way.
