I submitted a request for an estimate and his reply wasn't helpful. He asked for pictures of the job, which included a wobbly shower seat. It seemed like it would be better to have him come give an estimate, as you can't see the wiggle room on the seat, so I asked him to call my husband to schedule an estimate. His reply was, "I dont have time to chase work if you need me let me know." Wow, really?! I wouldn't have someone like this come in and do work for me no matter the circumstances. If being polite and respectful isn't possible in digital communication, imagine what it would be like in person! I cannot recommend Jeff highly enough. We needed an old garage pedestrian door replaced with a new one. From start to finish Jeff was exceptionally responsive, answering all of my questions either on the phone or via text. We set up a date and he showed up on time and ready to go. There were some materials that I needed to obtain prior to his arrival and he provided a complete list including photographs of what we would need in order to have all materials on site when he arrived. He worked relentlessly all day to get this door installed, not an easy task when replacing a 50-year-old door. His work is impeccable. At any point where an issue developed during the installation, Jeff consulted with us to make sure that his recommended solution met our needs. He is one of the cleanest workers I have ever seen. Jeff swept everything he worked on prior to leaving and stacked all unused materials in one place for us. The door looks great, sits straight, and opens and closes perfectly.
