That explanation didn't make sense since Trader Joe's charges $0.10 for a paper bag. I've supported this local business for years and genuinely want to see them succeed, which is why this experience was disappointing. Better customer service and a more respectful attitude toward customers would go a long way.

It went on for 2 months. Initially, Dr. Zhu did a consultation with me. Everything went well. I needed to take Chinese medicine everyday to improve my health. Dr. Zhu told me I was cold and I didn't have enough blood. She advised me to keep myself warm and stopped doing exercises. I did exactly what she told me. Every week, I came to see her, and I started to realize she told me the same thing like nothing has improved. The treatment and medicine was expensive. It costs me $900+ every month. I had HSA account with my work and wanted a receipt to claim it. She didn't allow to. I stopped seeing her after 2 months of treatment. I took some rest from Chinese medicine and went to see another Chinese doctor 6 months after that for a more effective treatment. My new doctor told me I don't have to stop exercising or take medicine every single day. It is best to let the body rest to absorb the medicine more effectively. Not recommend this place. Overpriced!!

Hot curry powder came $1 more than when posted on the shelf, I mentioned to him, he checked and then said "I get you" and charged me $1 less. I walked away, and looked at the receipt to find another mistake with the green tea price. I went to the shelf and brought the shelf tag to him, he was polite and easy with me. I told him the price is $2 lower. He checked and said something like different product, I said I bought and my decision was on the price. He said "I get you" and refunded $2.
