The Pollo gringo which came with a bag of chips tasted pretty good if a little bland, glad I had the salsa to pour on top. A bit disappointed with the amount I got for the price. The chips I had left over went in the trash b/c they were not that good. An average Mexican food truck but worth a try.

I've made the dish before and the prep work is very labor intensive; browning chicken, chopping all the veggies, making the sauce. It was sheer perfection, chicken so tender, falling off the bone, in a fabulous sauce, served over home made bow tie pasta. We are so lucky to have a restaurant of this high caliber so close by. O and by the way, the apple pie is not to be missed, like grandma used to make! I'm on a sugar fast, but always fall off the wagon when apple pie is on the menu, I have not tasted a better apple pie in all the world and I have tasted a lot! Havoc's family & and pet-friendly vibe made it even more special.
