I usually never have an issue with this place, but today was a whole different experience. The…read moreladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful as always, but it seemed like the guys in the back were really off their game. I ordered 21 five-gallon buckets of hydraulic fluid at the front desk and was told to head to the back for pickup. After waiting 45 minutes, I went inside to check on the delay, only to wait another 25 minutes in the back--and then was handed the completely wrong item. I totally understand that things can get hectic and mistakes happen, but when you're spending nearly $1,000 on just one type of product, you'd expect the process to be smoother. If you're planning to purchase a large quantity of anything here, I highly recommend calling ahead--maybe even twice--to confirm two things: that they have the right item and that it'll be ready when you arrive instead of doing it in person like I did... Had to come back to edit this AFTER we left. Proceeded to wait 20 extra minutes just to receive the right ones for them to "wrap them up properly".. HA THEY DID NOT. Not even close. We didn't even pull on the road before they all but 6 decided to fall over and break open. I hate to say it but I will absolutely not be buying anything from here again

I'm definitely gonna bring my family here when they come into town. Huge selection of Boots, men's clothing, dog food and supplies. If you need baby chicks or bunnies they have those too. The store is pretty big with lots of different items in different categories. Definitely worth a check out. Right as you walk in you can get a free coffee and bag of popcorn to eat. You smell it throughout the whole store. You can also buy a big bag of their popcorn for five bucks which is pretty cheap. I gave four stars instead of five because a lot of the stuff is pretty pricey.

I have noticed, and employees have confirmed, to avoid the "harbor freight" brand items the quality is not so great. But their old Chicago brand stuff work great I've had several hand tools for almost 15 years that still work. Not sure what they've switch to these days. Great selection of items they never disappoint. They've added power washer stuff now too which is a very fun project to get into. I see someone with a 1 star review, but I can't say I'm surprised by the way that person gives Every business they encounter a 1 star review...sad how some people are here just to vent their frustration and not give local businesses a fair and impartial review. Check this place out for yourself to see the truth in the middle. My only concern with this location is the employees are not always so friendly and will actively avoid customers lol. So your best bet to getting assistance is asking the cashier. Oh they have great starter tools that are plug in, in case you're looking for good quality tool that won't break the bank. Once you're in a better financial space upgrade as needed...Wires are inconvenient but it helps to have the right tool. Good Luck.

The store is always busy but the flow of traffic always moves smoothly and fairly quickly. The staff here, for the most part, are knowledgeable and helpful with any assistance you may require. They also give a Veterans Discount for all the men and women who happen to shop there that served for the country. I'm not a vet myself but I find the fact that they do that very admirable. I recommend shopping here and if you are trying to decide on which one is better in Johnson City you definitely will want this store.
