The kitchen required removing a wall to open up the closed dark kitchen and adding an oversized bar. Eric was extremely timely and professional in getting us a comprehensive quote. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. He also was insanely knowledgable about every area of construction such as dry wall, plumbing, electrical, fabrication, flooring, tiling, etc. This guy really is a one man show - he can do it all. Eric did have a few subcontractors help him with the job and they were always fantastic to work with as well. He knows quality workmanship and partnership. We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking at peel and stick tile which we found would not work. He suggested mosaic tile would work and that they could do the project. He said to go pick up mosaic tile at whatever big box store we would like so we went to Floor Decor and discovered a stone pattern that we really liked. Tyler's guys came over and did a immaculate job and transformed our blasé fireplace into a piece of art. Everything went so smoothly and so well you would never know these guys were even in our house. I can't say enough positive about Tyler and 123 Remodeling. If you're looking for any type of interior design or interior home improvement project don't make the mistake of not calling Tyler at 123 Remodeling . You can rest assured if there's any other interior design going on in our house, he will be the person to do it. Be extremely careful hiring John the owner of Marshall Renovations. I won't go into a lot of detail…read morebut I will share my most recent experience with him. John chose to place a Mechanical Lien on my property. I resolved the lien debt back in early April and he has promised on several occasions that the lien would be removed. Come to find out from the company he uses to service liens he never paid the bill. He has been challenging to deal with and will make a lot of promises to get the money but once he gets the money. Good luck on him fulfilling on those promises. I am now having to employ an attorney to motivate and deal with John as he is in violation of not removing the lien. Not sure what is going on with this man but I would never do business with him again. If you want any additional details please reach out to me directly.

Brotherhood Construction did a wonderful job moving and replacing our washer and dryer hookups…read more They were fast and always communicated well with the expected time frames for everything. My husband and I ordered a new washer and dryer but the installation didn't go great. The dryer door was unable to open from the side it was installed on & the installers were unable to get it out. Brotherhood construction really came through with being able to help us find a solution and getting things done quickly. They also found a leak when replacing our old washer hookups. We have had several issues with our house since buying it & I'm glad they found and repaired a potentially costly problem. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I can!
