Come to find out a couple wks later when we log in to book the last lesson and buy more.. surprise there is no credit.. I reach out to them in a "maybe it slipped through the cracks in the horrible event that caused the cancellation." And the response was.. "​Yes it probably expired. I can put it back on his account. Are you wanting to get in this month?" To which I replied yes. No credit and no contact since. Very unfortunate as I like to support local owned, Yet I don't like being took for good money either. Weird and odd that the package expired in such a short time. As I was not told it would expire in less than 6 months considering I paid it all upfront! We also felt on the "last couple" lessons that it was rushed and really wasn't welcoming to "practicing" with the screen. It was hit a couple balls and then instruction with maybe 3-4 practice balls after instruction, which I found to be pointless. That's why we "pay to play" My son is very respectful and responsible. We have been told by every teacher he has had thus far how well mannered he is. So I'm sure it wasn't bc he acted like a little hellion jerk. Needless to say my interest in buying another package diminished after that! We will just keep going to xgolf and practice w/ the simulator there an paying for private lessons, when we are not out on the greens! .

Anyway I would like to give Kudos to the excellent customer service that this particular location has extended to me and my family. when walking in you are greeted, asked what your looking for and directed to the section that may have what your looking for. After that they notify the associate in or near that dept that you are headed their way so they may assist you. On this particular occasion we were returning a bike recently purchased, as it had a manufacturer defect. Upon calling the store I explained the situation to Travis, the store Mgr and he quickly went to check stock to replace the defective product unfortunately they did not have one, so instead he offered to upgrade the bike at no cost to us and said he had a few choices my Son could pick from. Upon arriving we were met by SJ another store Mgr and informed us that he had been made aware of the situation and was expecting us, he than called back to the department associate to let them know we were on the way back to him. After my Son made his selection to our surprise SJ showed up back in the bike department to be a second set of eyes that completed the safety checklist that was performed by Moe the on duty bike tech at the time and also to make sure the transition went as smoothly at possible. I personally have not received this level of excellence in customer service for a very long time and even upon asking about a new shipment of YETI coolers SJ advised me to call the store as to check stock so I don't waste a trip. But in the end if you have any needs as far as any type of sporting goods this would be the place that I would recommend the only thing that seems to be lacking is the fishing gear which is no fault of their own blame COVID for that. But honestly even though we live closer to another location this is now my "new" home store. Definitely recommend on customer service only if that gets you in there. P.S. they also offer points for purchases and points for steps!!

The gentleman who helped us delivered better customer service than we could have expected from anywhere. He gave us over an hour of his time, explaining what we needed and why, helping us shop the best deals ... we absolutely couldn't have done it without him. I went in for a lesson one day and my coach said sorry I'm not going work with you anymore because you're having tennis/golf elbow. I was so heartbroken there was no warning. That is my go-to putter. How good? I don't practice putting and with the ideal weight and length I putt very well. Now the kicker. I liked the clubs so much, sent the Mrs in, and same result. The fitter we had has an impressive background, so we guessed it would end great. And it did!

I recently moved and the workshop is out of commission so I took a wedge to get reshafted. First visit, they said it was done. Took it home, next day, first swing the epoxy cracked. I brought it back and said please redo this, I don't think you guys prepped the tip or put beads in. I waited a WEEK without a confirmation text or email it was completed. Called and they said it was ready for pickup. I went in and NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. Colin at the store promised me they would make it a top priority to be fixed and apologized. A few days later I go to get it again. Waited 72 hours before I hit it just to make sure the epoxy would cure. Go to range THE EPOXY CRACKED FIRST SWING. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing they hire a bunch of kids who have no knowledge about the clubs they sell or the repair work they are doing. So so so frustrating because I love these stores. Greg and Colin please do better for your customers.

There were sports and equipment sections I didn't even know existed. The store truly has everything you could possibly need and then some. What impressed me most was the staff. They were knowledgeable and helpful but didn't hover every five seconds like some stores do, which allowed me to really explore and absorb everything. The shoe selection was outstanding with every kind of running shoe, ski boot, work boot and outdoor footwear you could imagine, and the shoe staff were clearly well trained helping customers. I also spent about 45 minutes in the luggage section, which was surprisingly impressive. It's clearly a curated department run by someone who truly understands travel. I spoke with a luggage specialist who I believe is from Asia and a serious world traveler herself. She was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately understood what I meant when I told her I was tired of hard-sided luggage and wanted something built for an active lifestyle.
