I made an appointment for fitting, and Debbie R. was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient and instructive. A few months later, I made another fitting appointment and this time we looked at irons. Same experience professional advice, tailored to my needs. Then in an effort to improve my game, I went to see the golf pro for some tips and lessons. Wow. Craig and Dan know their stuff and following their advice my game has improved. While in there, i spoke about my background and Craig immediately hooked me up with some US military veterans. Nice. And shopping for equipment at the Longmont 'Play it Again Sports' was the best experience I've ever had. My kids were signed up for hockey, but my husband and I had never played so we we were really overwhelmed with what we needed to buy and after shopping online, we were suffering from serious "sticker shock." The gentleman who helped us delivered better customer service than we could have expected from anywhere. He gave us over an hour of his time, explaining what we needed and why, helping us shop the best deals ... we absolutely couldn't have done it without him. We are super appreciative of his expertise and patience! The store was clean, organized, and every single employee was kind and knowledgeable. I will never shop anywhere else for sports equipment - I don't care if there's a better deal somewhere else. The customer service, atmosphere, and assistance when I'm unsure of which gear is invaluable. I wanna give a very special shout-out to Devo Mireles (Baseball/Softball Manager - 117898). Our daughters both just started competitive travel ball/club teams as opposed to just rec fastpitch softball. We went in looking for a bat that we could afford and that would be durable, and the perfect fit for each of our girl's swing styles. He introduced us to all the bats in stock and let us know that they do have a demo bat program to help with our budget for all the other gear we need! Competive level softball gear adds up quick! Devo took his time and made my girls feel confident in each bat they selected in a doable budget for us. Based on my description of needs, he helped me pick out two handfuls of bats for each girl to go try in the batting cage. He was so patient, and kind! He didn't just sell us bats, he gave my girls very valuable feedback on their batting stances, aim, and body mechanics while swinging. Because of Devo the girls were not nervous to keep trying the bats and didn't get bored with the process. He helped them each find different bats in the perfect sizes and weights for each of them! They also left with some free pointers that will be very helpful this season and educated us parent's, as well. Thank you Devo, you're the man to lead that department for sure.! We will be back to see you, I am sure of it. P.s: Give Devo a raise haha -Jess Case and Jason Case from cheyenne, Wy.
