Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. The guy was super nice and charged me $100 for the replacement. (The part is less than $5 online but I don't have the know-how to do it myself, so I paid.) He said it would be an hour and it was almost exactly that. I primarily play in handheld but after a few days I decided to dock my switch to my tv, only to find out it didn't work. I tried a few different options. Both of my TVs, both docks, even my nitro deck that has its own HDMI out port, but it's definitely broken.
