The reason I'm even leaving this review is because now, 7 years into home ownership, we are remodeling parts of our home and Sherwin-Williams still has our original paint orders so all of the paint has matched (color and finish)! We are pleased with the quality of the paints and we noticed that there was no fading or texture degrade over the years. Lastly, I will say that the customer service when we began was top notch, the best in the business. It has slid a little bit, with some of the new staff not as helpful or knowledgeable... but they are still friendly. Would've been 5 stars if the service was as good as the past, still... I recommend this place for your painting needs, indoor and outdoor.

There was only one employee there at the time which is not her fault but I waited quite sometime while she helped a woman pick some colors out . Now while I'm waiting I can hear the entire conversation etc and she said said I can give you 40 % still on your paint today only maybe tomorrow ( sale ended 3 days ago she said ). Sounds nice right ! Well I go to check out my paint was more than I thought. I bought some last week when the actual sale was going on so it was cheaper. I think what actually makes me the most upset is I literally asked this girl I need to know price before I buy and she mumbled to her self and proceeded to mix paint. Now I'm stuck with the paint and she would not honor the sale like she just said with the last customer. I was upset at the amount and they said 'it's already mixed' so I felt like I had to take it. The guy said well if you don't open one, we'll take it back. Went yesterday to return (5 gallon bucket = $300) and they said come back this morning when the manager is in. Lugged the bucket in today and the manager is 'off today'. The assist manager, who was there when I purchased originally, said they won't take it back. Contradicts what I was told first and second day. Now I'm out $300+ with paint that I won't use. I would have bought in smaller increments had I known that cost upfront. I would caution buying paint there and don't trit's their estimate. I was sold 50% more paint than I actually needed (there is still 1-2 gallons in the first 5 gallon bucket, I didn't even use 1 whole bucket worrh). They're just trying to sell you the most expensive paint. ASK FOR THE PRICE before they mix it for you. Won't shop here ever again. Horrible experience from start to finish. I did ask for the manager to call me, but I haven't heard back yet.

We had our 4 little ones with us and immediately were greeted with a smile by Kameron as we walked in the door. Kameron was attentive and also made our kids feel welcome in the store as we worked with him through what we needed for our project. He was insightful, attentive and fast, knowing we needed to move quickly. At one point, while both employees were working in the back, I overheard them checking with each other to ensure that all customers in the store were being attending to and nobody overlooked. She called when it was ready. When I went to pick it up another coworker that has started his shift helped me. There was some confusion on if my credit card was run but it got sorted out. Then today my painter needed another two gallons and I called it in and they had it ready. Great customer service and they are very polite and friendly.
