I've spent thousands of dollars there. She was condescending and authoritative. Over 20 years I've experienced some less than stellar Ace mishaps but haven't said anything. David Ziegler, you should be ashamed of the rigidity of your manager. Will be purchasing paint at Sherwin Williams in FRG or Home Depot. No use in paying a premium dollar for store location.

It's a paint studio where you can paint boards and decor for birthday parties, events, etc., and it's a little home decor shop in the back, as well. It's an intimate space, and the employee here was SO personable, easy to talk to, helpful, and funny! She answered any and all questions we had and was very knowledgeable about their products and services. They seriously have the cutest home decor and little trinkets, candles, jewelry, etc. When I came in, they had some fall stuff out already, and I 100% will be back once their whole fall line comes out. The merchandise that they sell, I haven't seen at other stores! Definitely a very unique and original shop. Products here were all reasonably priced, as well. I walk in and initially wonder if this is a paint store or a storage unit. Not a lot of order, not a cleanliness, not a lot of...well anything that looks like a retail space, except for items haphazardly placed on shelves. Most of the merchandise is on the floor. I walk around but don't see anything that might be an indication of where this paint might be. There is a man behind the counter, but he has been talking to another man, whom I took to be a customer, the whole time. He looks over to me, stops, and gives me that look like he is greatly irritated he has to pause his conversation. I am asked if I need help. I ask where the Pittsburgh Paints are. He sort of waves his hand and says no, all the paint lines he has are located in the far corner. I start to mention the website and ask if he knows where in the area I can go.
