David Ziegler, you should be ashamed of the rigidity of your manager. Will be purchasing paint at Sherwin Williams in FRG or Home Depot. No use in paying a premium dollar for store location.

It's a paint studio where you can paint boards and decor for birthday parties, events, etc., and it's a little home decor shop in the back, as well. It's an intimate space, and the employee here was SO personable, easy to talk to, helpful, and funny! She answered any and all questions we had and was very knowledgeable about their products and services. They seriously have the cutest home decor and little trinkets, candles, jewelry, etc. When I came in, they had some fall stuff out already, and I 100% will be back once their whole fall line comes out. The merchandise that they sell, I haven't seen at other stores! Definitely a very unique and original shop. Products here were all reasonably priced, as well. Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. I walk around but don't see anything that might be an indication of where this paint might be. There is a man behind the counter, but he has been talking to another man, whom I took to be a customer, the whole time. He looks over to me, stops, and gives me that look like he is greatly irritated he has to pause his conversation. I am asked if I need help. I ask where the Pittsburgh Paints are.
