This company is very personable and stands behind their work. They do typical maintenance, as well as some specialized services. For example, they're treating a gopher problem we have that is currently aerating our front lawn without permission. They've also done a termite control service on our house as well (for those of you unaware, in AZ it's not a matter of if, just when so you have to be diligent in looking for them. The tubes are a giveaway to look for coming from the ground up). We've been very happy with their service, and they even on absolute short notice helped out my mom with a roof rat problem that another company was taking her for a ride on. They almost even came same day for that even though it was like 530pm. Company you can count on. Full disclosure we still occasionally do our own scorpion hunting (blowtorch and blacklight combo at night), but we rarely have issues with bugs. If we see them inside, anything venemous is always quite deceased. I think the only thing we've seen alive in the house over the years is like......a few silverfish? We also have two dogs so whatever they spray with isn't too bad for the dogs either though we always let it dry.

They are illiterate, rude, or just don't care! Either way I would NEVER want them in/around my home if they can't respect people's right to privacy in their own homes! Going door to door to push you business to people who you know are not interested and don't want to be bothered (and explicitly tell you this), is not a good way to do business!! Also walking through someone's freshly landscaped yard and plants makes this even worse! That's so disrespectful to someone's property who doesn't even want you there!!

I get monthly exterior spraying around the perimeter of my home for scorpions. I'm considering leaving for the following reasons: -Monthly rate increased this month from $61 to $67 without notice, no change to service. When I called to ask why I was told that some customers received notice that rates would increase but a large majority hadn't. Customer service didn't know why but acknowledged they were getting lots of calls about this. Rate also increased last year. -Unauthorized withdrawal of monthly service charge on debit card used for prior month's payment when I had not authorized auto payment. Again when I called about this I was told that they had changed systems which caused all unpaid balances to be automatically debited against cards on file, even for customers who hadn't authorized auto payment. They refunded the payment and I then went and manually made the payment as I do every month. I immediately deleted my credit card from their payment system. I was told the issue hadn't been communicated to customers. I was only made aware of the issue because I noticed the charges and called them! -Fraudulent scheduling - my home is serviced every 30 days. Has been for years. Over the last year I've noticed they try to service closer to every 20-25 days. Unless you call to reschedule you will end up paying for extra services per year. For the past two months I've caught the issue, rescheduled and continued to get texts trying to schedule me for less than 30 days from last service! For example, I was serviced 4/15, my next service should be close to 5/15. Received text late Friday afternoon 5/2 informing me of pending service on Monday 5/5. I called first thing Monday 5/5 and the customer service rep agreed that I should've been closer to 5/15 and changed my service date to 5/15. Today, 5/7 I received a text reminding me of my 5/9 service! When I called them for the second time this week to correct their error, no answer. Left a message and I'm waiting for a callback. Never expected to have to babysit a company performing such a basic service.

They verbally lied about service and we signed a vague contract. Turns out they did nothing they "verbally" agreed to. Termite control was expense and didn't work at all!! We have more termite problems now than we did when they installed their in-ground perimeter termite control at our house. Thousands of dollars spent for nothing and they don't care one bit that it didn't work. Even their own employees say the company is "no good"! Do not use, you will regret after spending a lot of money! We are also reporting to the BBB.

Chris, the service technician for my house, went out of his way to offer his assistance. He could have easily continued on with his route, but he chose to stay and help. It was a small gesture but it really made me feel like a valued customer. I believe it is this type of service that makes this company stand out amongst the rest. I think the company provides a great service at a great value, but their customer service is the x-factor. Moving into the Ahwatukee Foothills area backing to a mountain preserve, I had a house with a…read morescorpion problem. One a week in the house for the first six weeks and over a 100 killed during that time on the property black-lighting at night. I was not happy. But once Aaron started the monthly service I noticed a considerable decline month over month with none making it in the house. I've been using them for almost 2 years. None have been in the house in a year and a half. Rarely do I even see one while actively black-lighting for them at night. Aaron is very friendly and with his experience and knowledge he knows how to focus the treatment based on your needs. I've seen the company upgrade their equipment and chemicals so it's nice to see the owner putting back into the business. Overall I'm very happy and have recommended them to others.

I often had to call to find out when my service was scheduled, there was no clear arrival window, and my service frequency changed from monthly to every other month during peak scorpion season without clear notice. When I decided to cancel, I emailed my cancellation request. Green Mango responded asking why I wanted to cancel, but before the cancellation issue was resolved, I discovered I had been billed under a monthly subscription model for a period in which no technician came to my home and no service was performed. Customer service was unwilling to remove the charge or transfer me to someone who could address my concerns, and I was told to wait for an email review. This experience reflected poorly on the company. The lack of communication, inconsistent scheduling, and refusal to promptly address a billing dispute demonstrated a disregard for customers' time and trust. I cannot recommend Green Mango based on how this situation was handled. I will also be following up by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General regarding this matter.
