what a wonderful place, owned by a family from East Providence RI. had lunch here on Saturday. as I ordered our sandwiches I looked at all the lovely muffins and pastry they had. We went with the cuban and meatball sandwich. both sandwiches were great. Cuban grilled to perfection with nice tasting ham, pork and cheese. the meatball had a great taste with plenty of nicely melted cheese Also the roll for the meatball was soft and fresh. if you have not been here, opened in 2022, you need to go read more

Been here a few times and the food (breakfast sandwiches) and service are always above par. However, I was a bit disappointed in the blueberry scone as although it was shaped like a scone it tasted more like a muffin instead of a scone. Still, very tasty! Hello All I had the misfortune of going into this place this last week... It has taken me days to calm down from how RUDLY my husband who has a disability and looks different was treated... First of all the guy couldn't wipe the smirk off of his face while looking at my husband... My husband ordered a large iced coffee and received a cup just a tad larger than a Dixie cup... I wasn't impressed by the service or the atmosphere... We will never be back,as we work very hard for our money. So we want to spend it with people who appreciate our business... Please don't judge People who look different, it's not always as it seems... It's very hard for my husband this was very very Rude shop owner... All people with disabilities should be treated with dignity and respect, most rude people wouldn't last one day in the less fortunate shoes... Do your self a favor if you or anyone you know is disabled, think twice before going there... read more

I met a friend at JB's since it was a mid point for us to travel. Neither of us had been there prior to this visit. We were greeted with a smile and of course, with the wonderful array of baked goods. I had a bagel, nothing fancy, but I wasn't hungry. The bagel was great! My friend had a salad that was freshly made. The portion was huge and she was able to take home a good part of it. At more than once we had our server coming over to make sure we were doing ok. He was so personable and always with a smile. Then we had one of the owners that came and talked with us. So remarkably friendly and he gave us a history of the restaurant since it was just purchased a week ago. I left with 3 muffins. I still cannot tell you which was my favorite because they all were! Finally, the décor. Few restaurants offer seating the way this was done. I felt warm and cozy almost like being home. Will I drive the 40 mins or so it takes to get there from my home for a repeat visit? YOU KNOW IT!! This was a tremendous experience and all was great!! Finally, and this is way important!! My husband and I stopped by this adorable breakfast/lunch place today for lunch. He ordered the Cuban panini which he raved about! I ordered the spinach cheese quiche which was outstanding and the slice was huge! I also had a blueberry muffin with my quiche. The atmosphere is charming and the staff warm and friendly. Along with the menu items there's a case of delicious pastries to enjoy with a cup of their delicious coffee. We will be back many more times! read more
