I normally don't give negative reviews but my first visit to this bakery was confusing. First of all, it was difficult to get a handicapped accessible parking spot. We had been looking forward to having lunch at this newer bakery. The pastries looked beautiful. You have to order at the counter and there weren't any printed menus available except for the one at the counter. This was hard for me, because I have a walker and it was awkward trying to place the order. Secondly. we wanted two different chicken salad sandwiches. I asked the lady behind the counter what kind iof bread do they come on? She said to open the refrigerator door and buy the chicken salad and then get two unsliced butter croissants to put the salad on. I didn't understand! Dave wanted curry and I wanted plain! We ended up with a pound of chicken salad two croissants! What was the purpose of this? I just wanted a sandwhich with lettuce and tomato. When she mentioned the everything croissant we said we'd like that. Then she said we couldn't get it without cream cheese? Give me a break! This was not a pleasant experience. Then we had to ask where the silverware and napkins were. They weren't served with the sandwhich. Too bad bc this is a lovely little place. We had to get the sandwiches ourselves. I don't think we would ever return. I ordered a cappuccino too. The total was $34.00. What was the difference from getting two sandwiches at $14.00 each? Then Dave was going to get a veggie juice which was a whopping $12.50! Just not our cup of tea. I guess it would be ok if you ordered a pastry and coffee. read more

The pastries were delicious!! We had the lunch special at $19.50 , included sandwich, potato salad and drink. Homemade and flavorful! We also had the soup and croissant with a drink. The presentation of the bakery was beautiful! It made me want to try each one! The lemon croissant and raspberry bread pudding bread was yummy!! The place had a chill vibe and the owners... were pleasantly sweet. Well worth the price, a satisfying experience coming from Seattle!! read more

Lots of great options! The service was fast and there was lots of seating. I went for a chocolate croissant and iced chai latte and sadly they didn't have either. Then I tried ordering an almond croissant and they didn't have that either. So I went with a caramel macchiato and ham and cheese croissant and it was good but the coffee was a little bitter and it wasn't really what I wanted. It was a cute interior and it's hard to give it a fair review since I didn't get what I actually went for. I will definitely try it again though! read more

1. Individual bakery items and sandwiches are VERY expensive! Beverages are also way overpriced. 2. Cup of tea - small ($3.00) medium, large - why? I'm using ONE teabag regardless so I'm being charged more for hot water and a different sized disposable paper cup? 3. No individual menus other than the one on the counter. 4. Paper cups, cardboard trays - not appealing - Why not use proper plates & cups, save some money & save the planet. read more

This is a new pastry shop in Punta Gorda. The atmosphere is comfortable, even soothing, with lots of little succulent container gardens, peaceful decor, and the added bonus of being located inside a historic building. I got two bread puddings, and afterwards realized traditional bread pudding is better than pineapple upside down or white chocolate raspberry. That was my bad for choosing something fancy. My down votes come from the fact that the pastries were very expensive. The prices aren't displayed; you get shocked at the cash register. And they don't accept cash, except for the tip jar. read more

This place is incredible! They have the best quiche ever!!! Cold brew is also super yummy. Great vibes, the owner is so nice and personable.

I stoped in this morning and got a little buffet of treats to take home. Everything was fresh and delicious but the croissants really stood out. The place is super cute and well staffed. I think I have picked out about a dozen plants that I just have to have. I didn't get a coffee but the menus of drinks looks super fun so maybe I'll stop by again tomorrow. read more

This place is so cute! Love the aesthetic. They have cute little plants for sale as well as a variety of sandwiches and pastries. We ordered an ice caramel macchiato coffee and FINALLY... a coffee shop that uses coffee ice cubes! So your iced coffee doesn't get watered down. We had a pumpkin spice lattes and it came with real pumpkin. You didn't need to add any cream or sugar. It was perfect. We got a chocolate mousse cup which was so rich and creamy. We also had a HUGE fresh cinnamon bun from the oven. It wasn't overly sweet either. The girls at the front were so nice and friendly too. read more

Beautiful shop and excellent pastries, smoothies and gifts! Stopped by this shop on a Sunday soon after it opened and was delighted. The smoothie was delicious, as was the crème brûlée (yes tried both things). The owner is warm and clearly cares about her business. The shop is BEAUTIFUL - they have amazing plant arrangements (not a flower shop, something even better) with very unique gifts. Fairly priced for the quality. The owner has plans to offer classes and a small event space in the future. For now, go for the excellent sweets, coffees, tea in a lovely ambiance! read more
