    Valentines options!

Came on a Saturday morning and although it was very busy , quality & service were not affected. Seating was limited but folks seemed to be rotating out at a reasonable rate. The coffee was well made and we hade several Breakfast items that were all good quality. One of us had a juice and it was good! I'd return again when I'm in town and recommend them highly!

This place seemed like a cool place to get breakfast. I wanted something quick so I opted for some pastries. They were good, but definitely were a bit too greasy and doughy. They forgot to give me the pastries until I asked and they heated them up for me. I noticed all the tea in the back.. next time I go I want to try their flight teas and other kinds they have. Just doesn't seem like the best place for pastries.

The barista was very knowledgeable and inviting. She gave great recommendations and was extremely friendly...even offered to bring over a cup of water for my friend since she didn't order anything. The pastry was great, and the coffee was better! They make their syrups in house and coffee is ground fresh. Lots of coffee and tea options. So much quieter and better ambiance then Starbucks or other chain coffee shop, so it's actually a great place to hang out or get some work done.

Very clean, excellent and friendly service and quality ingredients. This is our go-to coffee shop in Pu ta Gorda. Shout out to Ashley who works there.

Finally got to try this place and it did not disappoint! My son and I were so excited to see that they had a coffee flight on their menu! SOLD! It is A LOT OF CAFFEINE..so be forewarned. But it is way cool and each coffee totally different. Super cute place, however the outdoor seating is along highway 17 and it can be loud. We had their egg and Gruyère panini and their German chocolate bar...All excellent! Their staff asked if it was our first time in the place and they totally gave us the rundown. Very nice staff. They were constantly cleaning their outdoor tables even thought no one was sitting in them. They have lots and lots of beans..so I might have to go back for that..and lots of tea leaves that can cure any ailment. Downtown Punta Gorda is just super charming and this place totally fits in perfectly.

Came in for a snack between running errands. The staff was very attentive the shop was clean and almost empty. There were two ladies sitting at a table toward the back. I asked questions about decaf options because I'm a lightweight. I wanted everything in there, HANGRY was knocking at my door but I still was hanging on to nice and polite. After a bit of back and forth, I ordered for my love. He got a large double espresso mocha frappe as well as a cinnamon roll with buttercream frosting. I chose a medium decaf white chocolate frappe and a apple turnover. There are hardly any pictures of food items because it was devoured. Hubby wolfed down half his frappe and all of his cinnamon roll so quick, I didn't even get a picture. I was no better my frappe disappeared so quickly, I barely tasted the first half (laughing). But the second half, I'm guessing my blood sugar had risen because I could think more clearly and got a few snaps of my apple turnover. My frappe was nice, I just had Starbucks on the brain (ruined?) the turnover was amazing. My love said he enjoyed everything:-) The location is so picturesque you feel almost like you're in a postcard. They had all kinds of coffee, tea, syrups, smoothies, sandwiches, refrigerated drinks. They are very GREEN friendly. They even had water in cartons you could buy. Go visit, you'll enjoy it:-)

They are still better priced on a basic breakfast than other places nearby. I wanted to try their eggs Benedict even though I've only ever had it maybe 2-3 times in my life! I'm not a good person to judge since I'm not really sure what hollandaise should taste like! It was more tangy tart than I expected. The eggs were cooked the way they should be and the ham was thick. In my memory, it should've had a stronger ham flavor, as I think Canadian bacon is the traditional meat and I was hoping for that. But even eating a piece of the thick ham by itself, I couldn't taste a salty smoked ham flavor. While I found that disappointing, I couldn't take a star away because visually it looked great, and I imagine a lot of people would love to see that thick slice of ham even if it is too mild! Don't judge it by my photo because I broke my yolks and stirred them up before I remembered to take a photo. The grits (my choice of side) were just like I like them. My husband got a 2 eggs breakfast with home fries (?) sausage and toast. It was a full plate of food and he enjoyed it. They have home made strawberry jam (yum!) and I will for sure get breakfast with toast or biscuits next time just so I can have some of that jam. I did put a little bit of jam on a couple bites of my English muffin from under my Benedict. The coffee mug was tall so my husband appreciated that; and the friendly & attentive server, Melissa, filled it before empty, as needed. We will be back "sooner than later" hopefully, because there's more I want to try on their menu. I do recommend going here for breakfast especially if you are an early bird or find yourself out and about very early for some reason like we were, and need a breakfast. I think they might get crowded quickly, so early is better. Note that their hours were not accurate on the iPhone maps app - I submitted correct hours and it's pending approval. However I used the website hours and one of their days I think it was Sunday - was showing closed at 1 but it's actually 1:30.

I also ordered Makers Mark to drink. Our bartender / server was outstanding and did a great job juggling the bowling alley crowd and the pool player crowd. She was hopping. The environment is good for the most part, however, their air conditioner is blowing really cold air in the pool room all night and they won't allow the door to the patio to be left open. It was freezing. But overall, this is a place that I would definitely return. I will be back.

It was around 6pm so the place was not too packed. After renting shoes, which by the way are new with a few older worn-in ones, we bowled our games. The place is 50's style inside the bowling alley, with new equipment and lots of TV's. They have a VIP section with couches and bugger screens and their food is great. We ordered nachos, wings, tenders baskets and loads of drinks. The prices are very reasonable. After bowling we went to the bar, where there are two billiard tables to play pool, a dance floor with karaoke (weekends and they have contests!) and poker tables (also weekends). They have a patio where you can smoke, no smoking inside. The atmosphere felt pretty comfortable, like we were right at home. We ended up spending way more time there than anticipated and ended up have a very late and fun night.
