Since it was around 94 degrees by that time, he brought them to the car. Freckles enjoyed her homemade whipped cream pup cup with mini dog bone treats. David was in heaven with his frappe and I throughly enjoyed my Cappuccino! Now home for a little nap on this beautiful Saturday before we go out tonight. Next time Dave and I are going to go to the wine tasting! He said there were beautiful handmade Halloween chocolates. We have to try some next time we are there.

This was my first time so she explained the coffee & tea portion and area. In the same shop there's also some unique wines for purchase, a chocolate area which is made in house! And even a wine tasting area. So awesome! Of course on top of that they sell all different types of coffee beans and some tea. I met my friend and we both got their coffee flight! WOW delicious and variety. It was a lot of caffeine but worth it and I was still fine to sleep that night haha, for my meal I got their breakfast sandwich, it was delicious and I love that it came with a side of fruit! I wish I lived closer but I will definitely come back here again. It's such a great idea, not just a morning cafe but great for the whole day. Some seating outside as well if you have a dog with you. Lots of parking in the lot and clean unisex restrooms!

The fillings were yummy though! Although disappointing for me, my kids loved the "chocolate bread!" I also got a cannoli iced coffee. It was a bit too spiced for me, but that's ok! Especially because I left it up to them to pick. I would however recommend a sipper top for cold foam drinks, as this came with a straw and defeats the purpose of getting a nice cold foam to enjoy when taking sips. Tucked in the heart of Port Charlotte, discovering this place was a breath of fresh air as boba have been a staple back home. With a smaller, more intimate menu, it was easier to choose a drink as I always find myself overwhelmed from too many available options. I opted for one of my top 3 favorites which is taro smoothie with honey boba. The drink was tasty and creamy and the boba had a nice consistency. One of the girls from my class took a leap of faith towards the Vietnamese coffee as a first timer and loved her drink. The right amount of punch smoothed out by a blanket of condensed milk to ease the edge. Our drinks barely made it out the shop and I was close to ordering a second one. The place was an absolute vibe with a nice greenery backdrop and a decorative neon light for IG photos. The workers were really sweet and we had even met the owner of BobaBae who had been so genuine and kind. It was beautiful and inspiring to hear her passion and love for both boba and Florida. Thank you BobaBae for making our first experience here in Port Charlotte much more welcoming and comforting!
