Agree with the person who suggested less than zero. Driver refused to install washing machine because they said our pipes were leaking- was 2 drops of water left over from pulling the hose out from the old machine. Just left it upstairs, said we had to get a plumber at our expense to come fix the imaginary leak before they could come back and install. Dryer never made it off the truck- said it was defective- tiny screw missing that could easily have been fixed. Home Depot needs to dump this company - they are ruining the brand. read more

I would like to thank the 2 gentlemen who delivered a stack-able washer and dryer to my salon in Bell-town, they were efficient cautious courteous and professional and quiet as we had clients getting services at the time of delivery. These people are jerks. Promised me all day they were on their way. Missed the window and still promised they would be here but late. I had my other fridge picked up today so now that the employees of this company went home and never showed with a whole kitchen worth of appliances, everything will spoil. Getting behind is one thing. Lies are another. Zero stars. Home Depot, please change delivery services. read more

How do I give a -10 review? This place and it's so called delivery drivers are a joke.

This review goes hand and hand with the home depot review, so after several screw ups by JBC just to get the right dishwasher to my house, well finally I got it. and they promptly forgot the installation hardware and power supply. Still waiting for these at this very moment. I mean I'm happy they have actually satisfied at least 1 customer, but they have screwed up my order multiple times just delivering 1 order. I will never use Home Depot again since there second party install crews are extremely incompetent, with no help of resolution from the Home Depot. read more

Update! They came two weeks later. Almost left without installing the washer dryer properly. I had to look it up online and tell them how to do it! They then left their tools at my place and called telling me to open the door. They were at the wrong place. The. Absolute. Worst. read more

Finally - after two weeks, when they arrived - the washer/dryer was broken and they told me I shouldn't have let them leave it there two weeks before because it was no longer their responsibility. You'd think I would have been told that? But no. I had to personally call LG and get them to repair a brand new machine. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Three guys showed up at my house late and refused to bring the appliances inside. They told me they couldn't remove the two old appliances (we paid to have removed) because their truck was full. How can you not have space after removing my 5 appliances from the truck? They told me that if they unboxed the fridge it would void my warranty after 48 hours (not true and they were supposed to instal the fridge). Lots of other stuff happened but the end result was all five of my new appliances left in their packaging, in my garage. I had to help my husband move in a 300 LB fridge. What I don't understand is why these large companies like Home Depot, Judd & Black, and Lowe's keep using this company when this is happening all the time. I'm calling GE today to make a complaint against Home Depot for using this company. read more

First off, I want to say the installers who JBC contracts with were outstanding, they came on time were very polite and I would hire them. Apparently in Washington State dishwashers have to be installed by plumbers or electricians. And the plumbers came late late today after the manager at JBC had talked to them. It was JBC who was the issue. They called me on 11/28 late afternoon to tell me the install time for the range/oven and microwave and that I would have to make an appointment for the dishwasher. I asked why did they not call me weeks ago when they received the paperwork from Home Depot. Then Louise made an appointment for today (12/1), so around 2:30pm, I called and then they put me on hold and I immediately knew, they did not have me on the books, no one was coming and they called it a "computer issue" because no date or time had associated with my name. BS, let discuss the word user error or since there are others who have had this issue a bug in the scheduling software. Pure BS. So I called Home Depot and as I said to Amanda (JBC), either you guys make it right or my next click will be dispute the charge and I said the same thing to Home Depot. As for the dishwasher installers, very sweet, very polite but it is installed too much to one side and I have maybe and I say maybe 1/2 of 1/4 inch clearance between dishwasher door being down and range/stove. I called them about 5 minutes after they left as I notice it was off and they said I could call someone in within couple of days and they indicated there would be a charge. I don't think so. I have 60 days to dispute these charges for the appliances and they can pick them all up at this point for all I care. There is a pattern here at JBC, no customer service. read more

This company is worthless. They are incompetent, unprofessional and poorly managed. They ruined my day by refusing to do their job. It's a shame that companies like this exist. One star is too generous for this company. read more

I've never written a review before. I tend to be very patient when companies make errors but I was so disappointed with this company that I had to write a review as to protect others from the poor service. The service was so negative in almost every aspect from scheduling to customer service to the lack of an apologetic attitude after error after error even though I was so patient, to the seemingly limited knowledge on the part of the installer. If you have the option of going with another company, I definitely would. read more

These guys have a contract with Home Depot to deliver appliances in Seattle. Honestly, I would not recommend buying appliances from Home Depot in Seattle solely because of this company--they are awful. We ordered a refrigerator and when the driver arrived in his enormous truck, he said he couldn't find anywhere to park without blocking the street (no kidding, you brought an enormous truck into Capitol Hill!). He then said he was going to go around the block to look for parking. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes later, no sign of the driver as we stand outside, waiting. After 30 minutes, we finally call to see what's going on and find out the driver left because he couldn't find parking. So, the guy basically ran away instead of trying to deliver. Obviously, a few things about this irk me: 1) You are a delivery / logistics / trucking company... bring the right truck into the city. 2) Your drivers should act like grown ups and talk to people instead of running away. 3) UPS, FedEx, Uhauls, moving trucks, etc--all of these guys park in the street, why can't you? You're not blocking an interstate, you're blocking a neighborhood road for 10 minutes, people will go around and nobody will die. 4) We were left to resolve the issue ourselves with Home Depot... no help from JBC. Thanks! read more

Unfortunately, echoing similar reviews. I purchased a GE dishwasher from Home Depot with no knowledge of this company or it's terrible reviews so like others, had no choice but to find out the hard way. The delivery guys arrived promptly but quickly came to the conclusion that they could not safely remove my existing dishwasher as the original had the feet removed and a small piece of wood had been affixed to the underside of my counter. I naively took them at their expert word after they told me it was impossible and they recommended that I hire a handyman to figure out a way to take my existing dishwasher out. They repeatedly said it would be very difficult. They encouraged me to refuse delivery and reorder later but that their hands were tied. I begrudgingly accepted their diagnosis. They left. I came back inside and decided to just try to see how bad it was before proceeding. I have absolutely no expertise in this field and it took me 4 minutes to remove the dishwasher. I unscrewed the wood piece, and pulled it off and was then able to tip up the dishwasher, put a dish towel underneath and pull it out. I called the driver back immediately and he said he couldn't return without authorization. I called GE and they told me they could only come back next week. I called JBC directly and got the runaround. I went to Home Depot and while they empathized, they could do nothing to remedy. I filed a compliant with the BBB which will do nothing to improve on this company's lackluster but deserved C+ rating there. Unfortunately, we customers have little ability to avoid this company besides not using Home Depot (I understand from Home Depot that GE uses this company and Home Depot outsources all their appliance delivery through GE). PS: One of the delivery guys took all the cleaning supplies out of our under sink cabinet and left them there so I'm now putting them all away again. read more

I type this as I just got off the phone with JBC Product Management and am livid. Three times they were supposed to be delivering and installing a dishwasher purchased from Home Depot and 3 times they have NOT called and have flaked on the appointment. I took off from work again and am absolutely livid. There was no attempt of their part to make it right only a 4th (yes, 4 attempts!) "appointment" scheduled. Arrrrrgh!!! Home Depot is responsible for making sure their subcontractors are competent and professional and JBC Product Management is not! Home Depot should make it right. read more

HORRIBLE experience. The delivery guys showed up at house to deliver a washer and dryer and informed me that they wouldn't move my current washer because there was a little water in the drum (something I, of course, didn't know about because I'm no appliance expert). When I said I would drain it at my landlord's directions (which would take no more than 2 minutes), they refused to wait for me and ran out the door leaving the new appliances in my garage and said I'd have to reschedule. When I called to reschedule they wouldn't give me another window for an entire week. So, now I am stuck without a washer/dryer for another week and having to take another entire day off of work. All because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to wait two minutes for me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! read more

I recently purchased a dishwasher through Home Depot. JBC delivered the product and was supposed to perform an install as well. It was obvious from the start the delivery guys had no intention of installing it and were really looking for any excuse not to finish the job. Plus one of the guys was standoffish and bit rude. The excuse they finally arrived at was that they were concerned about the cork floors in my kitchen and did not want to be liable if the floor was damaged. As if a simple piece of cardboard under the unit would not do the job. They either did not have the talent to perform the work or were simply not interested. Either way, I will go out of my way not to do business with this company again. Pitiful. read more

We had only a 14 minute warning to get to the house for our appliance delivery --washer, dryer and fridge. I was there in 7 minutes to meet the delivery men -- they were in the truck, blocking the street, and said they had to keep on a " time frame ", and would not put the appliances in the house and drove off. Next delivery time maybe in about a week. Something is wrong with this company's notification system. Watch out. read more

Horrible delivery experience. Delivery team was an hour and a half later than scheduled delivery window provided. When arrived did not have installation kit for one of our appliances (we were told they ran out?), damaged our kitchen counter when putting in, and did not take two of the appliances with them when they left which we paid for. We called to file a compliant and only thing provided was name and number of their insurance carrier to file a claim for our damaged counter. read more

Short story. Bought a freezer from Home Depot. JBC called with a delivery time. A half hour later they called canceling our delivery. I was told that our cement driveway was too steep for their truck. Tell that to all the trucks that made it up with all our appliances over the years. read more

These guys are THE WORST. I could not agree more with all the other one-star reviews. I had ordered a refrigerator and dish washer from Home Depot, and these clowns came to do the delivery and install of the refrigerator. They were rude, unprofessional, and looking for any excuse to not do their jobs. In the end, they scratched up my wood floors and just drove off with my appliances. And as a bonus they flipped me off when they drove away - very classy operation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. read more

This company came to deliver a new washer & dryer (I purchased at Home Depot) into my new home. The installer managed to break the water line flooding my lower level. It's been three weeks and this company REFUSES to step up to the plate and deal with my water damage claim. I've waited three weeks being overly patient to avoid filing a claim with my home owners insurance. I've made countless calls and I just get passed to the next guy, JBC then Home Depot then GE Insurance...rinse and repeat over and over again... The delivery people more or less sat there and watched me run around trying to clean up this mess and making phone calls while discussing ordering a pizza. I'd rather have a root canal or spend the at the DMV than deal with these people... they are the worst company. read more

This is my first review ever. When you buy at Home Depot beware of their delivery service!! Worst delivery service known to man. Delivery was scheduled for specific time and the guys showed up outside that window so I had to rush home. They installed a stacking washer dryer with many bumps and scrapes along my new walls. They ended up damaging the inside of a brand new door to the laundry room. No walk through was offered with me to note damages, and I didn't see the damage inside the door for a week or so because I went on vacation. Their insurance company is a joke and they denied my claim to fix the puncture in the door for nebulous "he said/she said" reasons line "the Delivery Team vehemently denies causing damage to the laundry door for the install" and "22 days after delivery the customer reported the damage". There is nothing else behind door that could have cause damage. Timelines and uneducated delivery teams should not play a role in the denial to repair what you damaged. BBB here I come. read more

I'm going to add to the one star ratings here. These guys were contracted by Home Depot to install our dishwasher. The annoyance started when I had to take the whole day off because they couldn't even give a time window in advance for their arrival. We asked for installation at Home Depot (which it turns out the lady never put on our order, but that's another thing). So when these delivery guys arrived to deliver our dishwasher and realized that it was supposed to also be an install, you could tell right away that they were annoyed and they started looking for any excuse not to do it. First it was that the fuse box wasn't labeled (which I said I would turn the fuses off myself as he was saying he couldn't "just try ones"). So then, before I could even start to address that, they looked under the sink and said that they couldn't do the install because we didn't have a "double-dedicated valve" that separated the dishwasher hot water from the regular hot water. He told me that they'd have to reschedule, and that I would have to go get this myself and install it. when I asked him for a better description of the part and how to install, he drew me a picture of something which turns out not to exist (and neither does a "double-dedicated valve" - try googling it). The whole time he's telling me about this stuff he's also being dismissive and acting like I'm stupid for not just knowing what that is. So, they drop off the dishwasher in my garage, and I have to insist that they uncrate it so that I can check for damages, (which they try to get me not to do, even though the lady at Home Depot insisted I should do this). Then, I spend the rest of the day driving around to hardware stores (including Home Depot), where I find that the part he wants me to buy does not exist and neither does anything that looks like his drawing. The end of the story? Our friendly neighbor helps us install the dishwasher that night, without using a "double-dedicated valve" or the two other extra items that were "required" for the install. When we went to Home Depot to get refunded for these, the gal that helped us even admitted that this company (JBC/GE) has really gone downhill. So the question is, why does Home Depot still contract with them? read more

If I could give one star I would. Not sure why Home Depot continues to contract with this company. They had the worst customer service I have experienced. We had a delivery scheduled so I took off work to be home for them. They called me and said they brought the wrong truck, despite having a small truck specifically requested, and could not park in our driveway. We live in the city and they could not find legal street parking. I offered to stand outside in a loading zone and watch for a meter-maid but they refused. There was parking a block up but they said they were required to be within 100 feet. They had already delivered the washer/dryer and all they had to do was hook it up! When I called their phone number they refused to accommodate and told us it would be at least a week before they could do anything. Never buy from Home Depot if they use JBC to deliver. read more

These guys were subcontracted by Home Depot / GE to install our new fridge (purchased through home depot). They told my wife that the fridge was too big to fit through the doorways so they left it in the living room. They wouldn't even change the door swing which was also part of the order. When I got home, I took the fridge doors off and the fridge fit easily through the doorways. I then spent another 45 min changing the door swing and installing the water line (both of which they were hired to do). I think they were just too lazy to go to the effort to install the fridge properly. In the end we were left with a bad feeling about this company and GE. I called Home Depot and they refunded all the ancillary install costs and were very helpful...so I'm still a satisfied Home Depot customer (although they really should eliminate all dealings with this JBC product management company). read more

This company is used as a 3rd party company for Home Depot. This company only communicates with automotive systems that does not mention that they will not park on residential streets. This would have been understandable if the driver's for this company would have not gotten in the truck, like they were just going to move forward but instead they drove off, with no explanation. This is the most unreasonable and unprofessional delivery company I have ever worked with and I used to travel and have to use these kind of companies a lot. The other poor dealing was that they accepted this contract and then called us the day before to tell us that they could not install our dishwasher, so this would have to be done and rescheduled on a different date. We called back due to we live in a studio, have no space to keep the dishwasher in a 400 sq.ft. space but PAR for Course, No Call back. Home Depot hired this company to deliver and install a refrigerator in my home and from the get go there were problems. First off, I could tell the employees were in a rush which is understandable because they probably have other deliveries to fulfill. The problem came when we had to move my TV stand and one of the employees dropped it with enough force to pop out one of the glass panels instead of gently setting it down. Now the panel won't go back in place and he had the nerve to tell me to fix it myself. Second problem, the fridge wasn't even installed correctly. It has a door alarm to alert people that the door is open, however, the door was completely shut and it would keep beeping. The employee assured me it would go away in an hour or two. Imagine hearing beeping every 5 minutes for 2 hours. As I thought, the beeping DID NOT go away and I called Home Depot customer service to get the driver back over to my home to fix the problem. The Home Depot customer service rep was polite and did everything she could and told me that the driver would TRY to be at my house before the end of the night to fix the beeping. Of course, he never showed up so I had to ask a friend for a favor to fix it for me. So the third problem was that he never even showed up, nor did he call. Short version -careless and reckless -did not install the fridge correctly and he even signed off that he tested the fridge -never called/showed up to address the beeping noise which shows that the fridge was not correctly installed -the product is excellent and home depot was excellent read more

We were to have our LG washer installed this morning, June 30 2017, upon its arrival we were informed that they could not install the washer on our custom made(by a contractor) pedestal. Only because I cannot rate them 0 stars. I bought a washer/dryer online and it took 2 weeks to be delivered. The day of the delivery, they realized they were missing some of the parts to connect it so they had to come back out. The driver said he would get the part and come back in 2 days. 2 days later and no call or anything, I called them and they said nothing had been scheduled and that they needed to order a replacement part. So they ordered the replacement part and they said it would be there in 7-9 days. It was showed up 2 weeks later. I then scheduled another appointment for the installation, and again no one showed up. I called very frustrated with the company and they agreed to have someone come out the next day. They actually showed up for their scheduled appointment this time, but the replacement part was still missing a piece. I gave up on this incompetent group and bought the part in store myself. I bought a microwave from Home Depot to be delivered and installed. I have used other contractors from H. D before (blind installation) and had great service and results. But THIS company is horrible. DO NOT USE THEM. They will not adjust to your schedule at all. They give you a four hour window and I had to reschedule twice as I didn't want to take time off work (another expense) to have a microwave installed. I finally had to take some time off..left work early and sure enough they called as I was driving home, first delivery of the morning instead of later in the day as I requested. the window was 10:30 to 2:30. The 2:30 would have worked for me. Then I couldn't get the microwave installed because the kid didn't want to remove the stove hood/fan (even though at the store they said they would) also I had to remove some tile back splash first..( not their fault on that). Thing is..now I would have to take even more time off work to have them come back. so it is just not worth it..unless you have time to stay around home waiting for their convenience. What a frustrating experience with this company! They were hired by Home Depot to deliver our washer and dryer and we will never allow HD to use them again for our account, which is disappointing as they actually seemed like nice guys at the beginning, but turned out to be dishonest and unresponsive. First, they wouldn't stay for a full balancing and test cycle (which home depot said that they should) and our washer stopped working and leaking literally 1 minute after they left and they were not even off our street. Both the techs and the office person said it was no longer their responsibility since they had walked out the door and refused to come back to look at it or help me. Second, while installing it, I asked them to switch the door of the dryer so that it opened from the other side (like I had ordered it) and he refused and said that it would take at least 3 hours and that the seal would likely rip and that this would be my responsibly if he attempted to do it. I later found out from Home Depot that this is totally untrue and that it should have been his responsibility to do it. In addition, when I talked to them and told them the error code, they originally said that the error code was a drainage issue and that I should check to see if there were kinks in the hoses (which they clearly should have done) and when there weren't he said that it must be due us using an extension cord (it was a new industrial one) that we had to temporarily use due to the location of our outlet. We have checked with 2 contractors and HD and everyone has said that this was a ridiculous response given our cord. Finally, there were significant gouges on the top of our dryer (which admittedly I should have looked over closer before they left) but I have NO doubt that the techs clearly noticed them as this is their business and they did not say anything. Done with JBC. Again, they initially seemed nice, but their customer service was extremely poor. Of particular note, the company didn't even call back to see if anything was resolved even after specifically requesting that I get call back from the manager. That speaks volumes about this company. These guys asked multiple times during their visit to give them a 5 on their review(and even provided a yellow postcard with instructions on how to do so) but this didn't cut it. I hope this is can provide useful feedback to make some needed changes. read more
