I noticed that they probably were a little pricier than I could have gotten if I had inquired around but I wanted it done I wanted it done right and I wanted it done right away and they provided all of that. After paying my bill I read up a little bit more on them and saw that they offered a senior discount. I called and without hesitation I was told they do offer a senior discount and they would be sending me a check. Within 5 days I received the check from them. It's just common sense professional courtesy to notify others when you can't come out, have an emergency, or need to reschedule rather than keeping one waiting without any notification. Then cancelling because someone tells you that it would have been appreciated if you notify a client ahead of time that you weren't going to show up. Though they may have been great with someone else, I will never know since that opportunity was lost with me.

All in all the service was done well. I had them come and give an estimate for rerouting my washing machine into the septic and they were the first that looked at it to discover that we will need more power to install an additional pump. I plan on hiring them once we have that problem solved.
