I'm so disappointed. Horrible nail polish application. Such uneven coats and look at the cuticles and hang nails... I paid an extra $15 for gel, so these results are even more disappointing. I'm VERY unhappy with this manicure and pedicure! read more

Solid experience getting my nails done here, I've been three times now and it's pretty good. The staff isn't super chatty which I appreciate sometimes. They do a great job with gel polish, haven't tried anything else. Pedicures are great here as well. read more

Booked an appointment here last night for this morning. I arrived right at ten and they sat next to right away after I chose my nail color for my manicure. I went with a basic manicure, polish, not dip, not gel. The nail tech did a wonderful job cleaning up my cuticles as it has been quite a while since I had a manicure. The manicurist was efficient and my nails look great. Including the 20 minute drying time, I was there for about 40 minutes. This place seemed reasonably priced at $30 for a quality experience. First off the salon is nicely decorated and appeared clean. I had one of the last appointments of the day for a gel overlay with manicure. My nails are EMBARRASSING. They are blumpy, uneven, my cuticles are trash and the tech could've cared less. To get them fixed I would have to go back a different day since they were closing but I live an hour away. I am visiting the area on vacation and decided to get my nails done. I had a confirmed 11am appointment to get my acrylic nails filled, arrived on time and was told to sign in, wash my hands and we would get started. 45 minutes later I was still waiting, so I inquired as to how much longer and was told 5 mins. 15 mins came and went with nobody checking in to update on what was going on. All the while a girl who said she had an 11:15am appointment and another lady who walked in after me both were taken back for their appointments. They both seemed to be regulars, and know the nail techs (as the employees were sweet to them but acted as if I did not exist). So maybe this place is great if you are a regular- but I wasted an hour of my last day of vacation and am going home without my nails being done. read more

I've been looking for a good nail place since moving to Milwaukee, and I think I found it! I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 11:00 am late last night, and was confirmed for the appointment quickly. The atmosphere is very clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. Kathy was so nice and did a wonderful job with my basic pedicure and I felt so pampered! I honestly didn't want my session to end, but I appreciated her detailed and thorough work. It looks like their manicures are excellent too, so I'll definitely be coming back for that! Would highly recommend! read more

I have gone to this shop several times in the last year because it is sanitary, located closely to me, and they have a wide selection of colors and design elements. I spend a lot of time deciding on a design so this is really important to me. My problem is that multiple times I have had to wait 30 - 45 minutes for my nail appointment to start. Once it was due to poor scheduling and my nail tech was working on someone elses nails 45 minutes into my appointment. I received no discount which is fine but overall the inconvenience seemed to be dismissed like my time wasn't important. I only stayed because I had a trip planned and needed to get my nails done beforehand. The second time was yesterday and I had to wait 30 minutes because my nail tech was late arriving. No apology or acknowledgment of wasting my time, but even worse was that my nail tech at the end of my appointment proceeded to discuss to me and the other nail tech how my nails took "Almost two hours!" the implication was that my nails took so long and that should be compensated. I was then charged a definite surcharge $120 for a fill and a simple design that included two large rhinestones on each nail. I don't complain about pricing of people's work/service, but the lack of consideration for my time, conveniently dropping hints of how long my nails took even though it was the fill and not the design that took the most time AND that I was there for almost two hours because I was on time and he was late was the real problem. It was manipulative and that I cannot condone. To pretend that you took two hours to do my nails when it was almost two hours from when my appointment was supposed to start but not two hours from when it started is a problem. I also heard him and the other nail tech clearly talking about what to charge me in their language beforehand and the only reason I know it was about what to charge me was because I kept hearing "rhinestones" while he was putting on my top coat and while they were looking at my nails. Also, I have felt this way before with the lack of transparent and manipulative pricing from this shop and this time I really am done. I bring detailed designs and he still didn't even do it exactly the way I asked and yet you charge a price as if you just gave me a full set and unique junk nail design. I don't mind the price if it's fair, honest, and a representation of quality work. And to be a loyal client for a year and to still be treated this way really shows the lack of integrity. Never will be back here again and wouldn't recommend. read more
