JB Glass and Mirror was fantastic from start to finish. They came out promptly to measure, handled the ordering quickly, and the installation was seamless. They were professional, timely, and easy to work with. They even took on a bonus side quest and hung an extra mirror for me while they were here, which I really appreciated. Could not be more pleased with the job. If you need custom glass, shower doors, or mirror installation, I'd highly recommend JB Glass and Mirror. read more

We used JB Glass for our custom shower doors and mirrors for our master bath remodel. We didnt know exactly what we wanted, but Jason came out, showed us sample projects, took measurements and made some recommendations based on our finishes/colors and we love how it all came together. It looks very high end, but at a Home Depot pricepoint. We got a great quote with a fast turnaround and ended up with a high end bathroom that we love - highly recommend JB Glass! read more

It was professional, great communication, clean job and reasonable price. We called two other businesses before we made our decision.

Once again Jason provided excellent service and great pricing. We needed some custom glass for some tabletops and within 48 hours we had it. Pricing was competitive and the entire project start to finish was a breeze and our glass is just what we wanted. We used Jason for our shower enclosures and window replacements a few years back and are still very happy with the quality of that previous work as well. We would definitely recommend JB Glass for any glass project. read more

Jason came and installed a huge mirror for us (forgot the exact dimensions, but it was about 100" on one side). I had gotten a few quotes, but JB was the best mix of price + scheduling. His people were very professional, and worked out all the logistics for carrying this giant mirror up some stairs. Measuring went quickly and scheduling was very quick as well. The mirror was cut and installed a little less than a week from the day it was measured. Our driveway was actually full with other contractors working on our house and they had no problem carrying the mirror from half a block over to our home. We've been using the mirror for about 4 months now and have no complaints! Order your mirror from him with confidence! read more

Contacted Jason on a weekend requesting a quote for a MB replacement mirror. Jason responded quickly and took time to answer all my questions. Scheduled an appointment to measure and go over the project. Ordered the mirror and had it installed same week. Removal and installation of mirror went smooth and quick. Jason and associate left everything clean, something very important for us. He took the time to make sure the mirror aligned where we wanted and that it was well adhered and straight. I've dealt with many trades over the years and Jason checks all the boxes for the perfect owner... responsible, cares about his business/customer, goes the extra mile, reasonably priced where he can make a profit and I feel I got a good deal. Would recommend Jason and his company for anyone interested in replacing a mirror or any of the services his company offers. Jason, thanks for your professionalism and a job well done!!! read more

Very good mirrored closet doors. Took about two weeks to order. Once they were in, we scheduled a date and a time. Only took him one hour to install two sets of mirrored closet doors. His time line was right on, in fact, he called me and said could he come over and install the closets a couple of hours early - no problem. He and his assistant were very professional and quick. I definitely would recommend Jason Barnes Glass and Mirror Company. read more

Breaking my window within a week of moving into my new place was so stressful!! I had to deal with a new HOA & Jason was extremely helpful since our first conversation. I was stressed, confused and was getting a million questions from my HOA. Jason was the most patient and helpful person with me and gave me more than enough information to help me with my HOA as well. The day he came to fix my windows he not only arrived early, but was completely done with all my windows in under an hour! I can't express enough gratitude with how easy he made this entire process for me, so I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a glass/mirror job! read more

Jason was great throughout the process of getting 2 shower doors installed, plus one full double vanity mirror. All the work was done on time and as promised. In addition Jason hung two other mirrors for us and mounted some hardware on the porcelain tile in our shower. We are very satisfied with all the work done. Jason was in communication throughout the process and really a pleasure to work with. We give him a high recommendation for sure. read more

Thank you, Jason, for the professional service! What a great small business...friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work it! Jason and his partner responded quickly and professionally!

Jason (& Christian) were awesome to work with. We had gotten a few other quotes, but the communication, speed, and price couldn't compete. Very thankful we found these guys as they did both our shower door and vanity mirror. Would highly recommend. read more

10/10 very highly recommend! Moved into a house that had two windows with an exterior piece of their vinyl frames that had come detached from the glass and was getting caught when closing the sliding window. I sent Jason some pictures and then Jason arranged a time, gave me a heads up on ETA day-of, and had both troublesome windows quickly and efficiently back together and in working condition for a very fair price. Awesome communication and an absolute pleasure!! So many other companies I called had no interest in coming to take a look, and just wanted to sell me new windows (which I definitely did not believe was necessary) or claimed we'd need replacement parts that they likely wouldn't be able to get (also seemed odd since nothing was actually broken, just had become loose). Their loss and our gain - we now know who to call for any future glass/window needs, thanks Jason!! read more

My husband and I hired Jason back in may to install our last project of our bathroom remodel-- shower doors. We put it off using shower curtains and that was our final piece that was missing to our gorgeous bathrooms. We had an other company come out to take down one of our shower doors before the remodel and their customer service was horrible and rude. Unsure of who to use we found Jason. He was amazing. He came in and saves the day and put the final puzzle piece to our bathroom back together in a timely manner. What a difference glass doors make to the bathroom. He is very efficient and forthright. Thanks Jason for your excellent service. read more

Fast and friendly service. Absolutely perfect mirror installation. Will absolutely use again.

Jason was prompt and professional. Definitely recommend and I'll use them again in the future.

It was like something out of a sitcom. My nine year old son was practicing in our yard and knocked one through our front window. I called JB Glass and Mirror and within hours he came out and replaced the window. Thank you! Will definitely recommend JB Glass and Mirror to others. read more

I needed a large heavy mirror that weighed close to 130 lbs installed horizontally on a wall and found JB Glass and Mirror on yelp. Most places didn't want to mess with a mirror of this size and weight but JB Glass and Mirror did not hesitate at all. Jason was very responsive through email and text and after sending him a few pictures he gave me a fair and reasonable quote for the install. He scheduled me a few days later and was very professional throughout the whole process. Jason and Marty were on time and were precise with the measurements with all the tools necessary for a mirror of this size and definitely knew what they were doing. They even helped install a second heavy mirror not on the original quote. We are happy with the install and would highly recommend JB Glass and Mirror to anyone with any glass or mirror needs in the San Diego area. Quality work at a quality price enough said. read more

I had to remodel a small bathroom and the last detail was the shower glass. I got five bids from companies I found on Yelp and one extra. There was $1,000 difference in price between the lowest bid and the highest, for a 3' square shower area, two sides glass. JB was not the lowest but in the lower range of bids. After getting all the bids and doing more looking and research online and in person, I learned more about what I wanted and called a couple of places back. JB answered the phone and all of my questions right away, providing a lot of details I had not yet learned. Mitering the glass corner was already included in the initial bid (many did not include that), which I loved. We changed the handle to a crescent (not offered/discussed in any of the initial bids), and made the install semi-frameless. We spoke before I left for a 9 day vacation. The day after I returned the glass had already arrived and installation was promptly scheduled. Jason and his son, Jake, did the job in about 90 minutes and it was perfect! Jason is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share that, very easy to work with and does quality work for a reasonable price. That's why he has Five Stars! I have been let down a few times by contractors so I'm a detail-oriented and somewhat mistrusting customer, so it takes the right person to win me over. Choose JB Glass and Mirror, you won't be sorry. read more
